This chef made me want to get in the kitchen. I loved the way he simplified what has seemed to me to be complicated dishes. Wonderful way to encourage us at home cooks. BUT, my favorite part was the beautiful presentation. I could watch whole shows on just how to plate food.
Definitely a Chef that will make you wanna try new food. But warning if his food is your first try. He's ruined you for the others. 😅 Give us the crab cakes recipe and the pizza next please🤤
