Dear sir,
Super Explanation... but, I have a doubt, Please Clarify it..
Unit wt of Cement = 1440Kg/m3
Specific gravity of Cement = 3.15
Specific Gravity = Density of Cement / Density of water
So, S.G = 1.44 / 1
S.G = 1.44
I think, U got my Problem sir...

You have used unit weight value while while calculating specific gravity but you need to use density of cement to find its specific gravity
