मैं पहले postal assistant था जहाँ GP 2400 था और INCREAMENT DATE 1 जनवरी होता था अब मैं रेलवे में GP 2800 पर आया हूँ जहाँ मेरी जोइनिंग 26-07-2023 की है तो क्या यहाँ भी मेरा INCREAMENT 1 जनवरी 2024 को लगेगा या 1 जुलाई 2024 रेलवे वाले बता रहे हैं कि 1 जुलाई 2024 को लगेगा क्यों कि ग्रेड पे चेंज हो गया कि अगर SAME GP होता तो 1 जनवरी को लगता क्या ये सही है रूल यदि किसी को भी जानकारी हो तो PLZ जवाब जरूर दें 🙏🙏

I have been selected in delhi govt. Autonomous body. I am working in central PSU. The new employer is saying that they are not accepting technical resignation. Does this mean that new deptt will create difficulty if i want to.revert to parent deptt on lein

Sir i am currently in state govt job on Level 3 post and also completed my probation period. Now I got selected in Central government level 6 post by applying through proper channel. I have 60 days EL balance in current service. Sir, I want to ask that after technical resignation will i got encashment for EL leaves or my EL carry forward to central government? I also want to ask that my current service book transferred to central govt or a new service book will be prepared in my new job? Plz reply sir.

एक बात कहना यह कहना चाहता हूं, रेलवे पूर्ण रूप से सेंट्रल गवर्नमेंट नहीं है क्योंकि रेलवे के अपने अलग से ही सीसीएस के नियम है। और टेक्निकल रेजिग्नेशन का नियम पूर्ण रूप से सेंट्रल गवर्नमेंट पर ही लागू होता है autonomous aur psu per lagu nahin hota hai. जो बात सत्य है हैं मैंने वही बताई है।

Sir, I was Superintendent Group B (basic- 62000/-), and joined Group C post on technical resignation and was holding lien at Superintendent post. I was granted Pay protection on my previous basic of Rs. 62000/- at new job of Group C, I worked at Group C post for one year (on probation period) and now I got selected on another Group B (Inspector) job. Do I get the pay protection in the new Group B (Inspector) job, as I have not completed probation in the present Group C job. Please help sir, your help would solve my problem.

@@gauravsagar4592 but as per latest order, pay protection will be provided only if an employee holds lien on previous job. Aapko lien mila tha job C me?
@@MsKhola I am having lien in my first job so lien in second job was not needed as one can't have lien on two post, that's why I got pay protection due to my lien on first job..
