Sir, there is no where in the SSC CGL and SSC CHSL application mentioned about whether candidate is government employee or not, then is there any requirement to obtain NOC for document verification, as SSC CHSL 2021 DV is around the corner. Please reply.

Currently in probation, jv of psu, benefits nhi chahiye... Noc ya koi document nhi milega, hr ne confirm kr diya..

If you are sure you will not get any document related to NOC and you are sure that you will leave the current job well before the interview/document verification.
Then you are not required to mention about your job.

If I apply for railway exam today on 23/9/2024, will I need NOC? Cause while submitting for online form I don't have post office level-1 job. After joining post office if I cleared railway exam. how can I get NOC from post office?

If you need pay protection then only you will require NOC.
Or if you have some bond amount which you wish to be transfered to next organisation
If you have applied for NOC before last date of application of exam form, you are eligible to get it.
In most of cases If you apply just before appearing in exam then also you gets NOC
No organisation have right to refuse NOC
It is only refused If you have not paid bond amount (if any)
In worst case if they don't provide you NOC you can still sit in interview , and resign from previous job once you are selected.
Note: at any point of time you must not have received salary from two govt organisation
