    I've been doing this for the past 3 days. I am up to 35 min. As soon as I get thru with this one without stopping I will move to the next. My gym here in Atlanta does not offer kickboxing so I'm glad I found this video

    This guy have THE BEST KICK BOXING CLASS EVER! I have been doing this class for two years now and it’s fun EVERY TIME!😍💪🏽

    Woo hoo!! So glad I previewed this workout before trying it!!!! In my 2nd trimester so had to alternate some moves, but still a GREAT workout with excellent choreography and calling cues all the way through!!! I burned 531 calories. For those who complained about no breaks in between, I basically took them at the same time the instructor did and jumped right back in.

    I what to say thank you for the videos you posted. I have lost 90 pounds over the last year using your videos and eating clean. Make more they are so helpful when you cant make to the gym.

      Thank you so much for the great, great workouts. I see you have a lot going on which is understanding based on your amazing routines. Please, please if you can film more of them it would be great. I've been training with you for 3 to 4 times a week for the last to weeks and I can already see the changes on my body AND my mind - your energy is really refreshing and boosting for the soul too.       +Naturalli Beautiful They have other kickboxing 37 min only instead of 55!You should try this...I had seen this video some months ago and today I tried it after I got stronger..When you have no breath you must cool down and not push your self too much..

    oh my gosh!!!!! thank you so much!!! Great great great workout. By far one of the best since I have been able to enjoy since moving away from my home gym. They so there is no place like home and that is so true. In my new area I have only been able to enjoy a good zumba class but even that is 45 minutes away so when I came across this video I was super ecstatic!!! SO thank you again for making this video available!

    Oh my goodness!!!! My daughter and I did this workout last night at it was great. Great instruction and burned lots of calories. I will continue this until I can complete the entire workout without stopping. Thanks for sharing your talents.

    I had a smile on my entire face for the whole duration of the class. Wow! This is also a great teaching tool for instructors needing guidance on how to build a class! Totally effective, easy to follow, and a wonderful, cheek burning experience.

    Ok, I just made this and it was absolutely FABULOUS!!! I had been wondering how to thicken a gravy and low and behold here were the instructions. I love your channel! Each recipe of your I make has turned out wonderfully. I've been on the Ketogenic diet now for 7 days and have lost 11.4 pounds already. 😄 this is the easiest way of eating I've ever stumbled across. Thank you for making this channel.

    Hi! I just wanna say this is AMAZING!! I've tried to do normal aerobics and zumba in my house but didn't quite work for me, I got bored by minute 15 until I stumble with this awesome and latino spark video. You don't get bored that easily, it's very enganging and motivating and the moves+the music is the best combo to keep you going even if you are tired and have to crawl instead of walk. jejejeje. I recommend this video to anybody that wants to do fun exercises with a lot of energy, even if you don't do too much exercise or you are beginning. This is the most awesome, fun, pump with energy way to start, and it's addictive. Plus, you can learn some dance moves too. I can't wait to check the other classes videos uploaded and for what it's coming. I will stay tuned for more. Best of wishes and a lot of success to you, GiveMe10Fitness.     I lost a lot of inches doing Kickboxing in the past, I got lazy and gain the weigh back, so glad I found this video, I will try it today - this look so intense and I love it, I know I will have a hard time at the beginning but I will get there - I love the punching and Kicking - this is awesome, thanks!!

    I used this a few years ago after having a concussion, as exercise is important to brain injury healing. Now that we in NM (and 18 other states I think) are all at home, I'm doing this again and sharing it with others. I still think this is absolutely the BEST workout video online - it's fun, your cuing is amazing, the music is upbeat, and it makes anyone feel they can do it or much of it. Great job!

    I missed my cardio kickboxing due to me taking a nap which was intended for only 30 minutes I slept for 3 hrs... Something told me to TH-cam lifetime and I found your class thanks, great workout!!!!

    This was an AMAZING class! I thank you so much!!!! I haven't as yet found a kick boxing class that is so fun and aerobic at the same time!!!! You're attitude is amazing, I LOVED IT!     Did this for the first time today and am happy to say I made it all the way through. It kicked my butt, but I made it. You're a great teacher...love how you give a preview of the next move and/or say what's up next a few beats ahead--great for someone like me who's not the most coordinated. The only thing missing was a cool-down at the end.

      Way to rock it out, Louisa. I know you would love new videos upload on a regular. If it was that simple and easy, I would. It’s a lot of work putting routines together. It’s a process. Especially, a 50+ minute workout. The faster I put them up, it’s time for another(Smiling). I wish I had that type of time to do so.

    I tried one of your newer workouts, and realized that the comments are turned off, and for good reason. That workout was so brutal that my fat wanted to write you a hate letter...totally in conflict with my mind that wanted to write you a love note at the end. Thank you, sir.     I LOVE these kickboxing workouts. None of the others compare. Are there plans to add new ones. This instructor is the absolute best.

    Okay I've been doing more strength training classes and slacking on my cardio so I Came across this. Why did I choose this. Haha. I had to take a couple breaks but I got through it. Thank you. I can't wait to do it again now that I got the choreography better. Happy new year

    tried this for the first time today i managed 35 mins 41 seconds :) im going to do this 3 times a week at 35.41 secs and then the week after add another 5 mins on or so and so on till i complete this in one session but i loved it now i hurt lol :) thanks for great vid :) xx
