Lovely cabin and cannot beat the wider 2-4-2 economy class layout of the A330 vs 3-3-3 on the 787 with a tighter seat width

brilliant review i just landed into manchester on the 17th october onboard the virgin atlantic 10yearold airbus a330-300 premium economy 21 but i was allowed 22k so i filmed the engine and on october 3rd i just got on the new a350-1000 im hoping the 330-900 will do orlando so i can experiance it myself so on the 330-300 i was sat in 22k on the new a350-1000 i was in 23k infront of the engine

This A330neo is simply magnificent! the A330neo is the worthy successor for Virgin Atlantic's A330ceo, I'm glad VA has both the 787-9 and the A330-900 which are both amazing planes. Even though VA's A330neo cabin looks a little more modern and luxurious to me compared to VA's 787, I prefer the 787 which looks more comfortable with a wider cabin and I prefer the 3-3-3 of the 787 rather than the 2-4-2 of the Neo, I don't like it when there are 4 seats in the middle.
Well, the first time I heard something like that( normally people would say the contrary). I do agree the 787 by itself is more comfortable thanks it clean sheet and better pressure and all that. But normally all the people who one to travel alone and don't be squished would prefer the 2-4-2 configuration. But at the end, both are better than the older generation planes.

Surprised they let you in the business class cabin, usually it’s restricted for ticket holders. Was this just bc of the inaugural?

Awesome viewing love it , virgin baby I try many times booking flight but never get route virgin operates it’s mostly delta , tell me what’s difference of A330 to A330-900 neo ?
Neo means:- New-engine-option & that`s the main difference as it has larger more powerful RR Trent 7000 engines, these are virtually the same engines as the Trent 1000`s that power many B787`s including Virgins. Other changes are new `winglets`, & interiors. Sadly for this aircraft it`s direct competitor is the B787 which is such a good plane the sales for the A330neo won`t be as good as they should be. The A330ceo was such a competent aircraft & had great sales, but with the advent of carbon-fibre A330neo was always going to be second place with it`s heavier construction. A330neo is still a terrific aircraft & will eventually sell in good numbers.

Super stuff sir, just wish Airbus would update the aircraft cabin design, like Boeing did with the sky interior, it still looks like it did when the first A330's rolled off the line years ago, same with the 350 such a modern aircraft but interior so old looking.
How to damn with faint praise, if you're stupid enough not to see through it. If I wanted to wake up and see the sky on a commercial aircraft, I'd buy a seat on an open deck......🙂......
The video‘s great as always, but would be even better with a voiceover instead of subtitles. So we could fully enjoy the beautiful visuals without having to read all the time.

those basic economy seats look awful
Meals did not look very exciting.Didn’t see the drinks menus what wines were served,beers,spirits etc.No wonder they had veggie curry left looked disgusting.Good vlog though
Hopefully you had permission from flight deck crew before just pushing your way through and filming them. Find that really annoying.
wow, should be way more courteous to flight crew and other passengers doing all that filming while everyone is trying to board and prepare for departure...i know the flight load looks really light but still comes across as annoying vlogger
