Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant video! You are a true fan. Thanks so much for making this video! Personally I love the Matty figures because they are identical to the GBTVG likenesses. If you play that game on a PC using Nvidia 3D (older driver) it's like the in game actor models are Matty figures come to life. I really recommend it if you've not tried it before.
I'll have to check it out. I only played it on the Wii way back when it came out originally and now I have it on the Switch, but I haven't had a chance to play it yet.
Those Matty boxes are tight! Nice visual design and I love the idea of being able to remove and then replace the figure for display. Nice video series so far.
I have in my collection: -the Mattel's Ghostbusters 30th anniversary with removable pack(in my opinion the best GB toys) -Mattel Walter Peck -Mattel Louis Tully -Mattel "slime blower"Ray and Winston -Hasbro Gozer -Diamond Slimer and Library Ghost I wish Janine and "regular"Dana from Hasbro in the future....finger cross even for a ecto1 for 6 inch scale figures. Great video!can't wait for the part 2(sorry for my not so perfect english i'm italian)
Hey, I have that Violator and Twisted Land of Oz Lion. That thing has split in two at the waist multiple times falling over. l I like the part in Toy Fair where they say they'll get to the Terror Dog lol. Craaaaazy how they did the Scoleri Brothers, but not Zuul and Gozer. At least we already had an awesome one by neca, albeit a bit large for Mattel.
They're gonna put out a Hasbro Ghostbusters series 2?? I thought the line was cancelled due to how disappointing and poorly received they were. I love the _slightly_ retooled Real Ghostbusters they did. So yeah, them and the Diamond Select RG are by far my most beloved. I remember DS saying the line would continue, with all those awesome ghost characters like the Boogieman and Samhain. So if Hasbro wants to salvage Ghostbusters, they'll really need to dive into the cartoon. Now ppl are going on about NECA eventually making RG figures. They'd definitely do the best job; you'd just have to watch out for paint flaking and limbs falling off.
Have they announced that it’s been cancelled? I didn’t know that. If that’s the case that’s a bummer. I have seen a lot of GB figures on pegs though. The real ghostbusters stuff sells really fast. That’s what companies need to do. They think people want movie lines, but the movie lines are very limited. You need to go into more Real Ghostbusters stuff. That way you can produce a bunch of ghosts that people might buy over a Walter Peck figure.i think Neca would do the best job too. They’re Tmnt stuff is so accurate to the cartoon it’s crazy. Super7 would be really cool too, but I don’t think they’d make them cartoon accurate. Either company would be fine with me though.
I remember seeing the cardboard cutout of the Ecto-1, and $225 wasn't _too_ bad, relatively speaking. Suffice it to say, I got my glow in the dark Slimer. Compared to the $450+ for the ThunderTank, it's not bad. Even with those bad Hasbro Ghostbusters, a Kickstarter 6" Ecto-1 would make it. My NKOK radio controlled one isn't cutting it lol.
I know what you mean! People were so upset about the $250 Ecto. That’s so cheap compared to the thunder tank. The thunder tank looks like it be huge though. We’ll see. I’ll probably do the payment plan for it when they announce more details. I bought in to the Ecto 1 too, but you know how that went,

@@razrentals8897 Play it on anything. PC or playstation or whatever. Just play the realistic version (preferably remastered) it is the real GB3
As newly getting into figures (or back into figures since childhood) the Hasbro collection is pretty dope and definitely hitting that nostalgia itch

Thank you!
4:47 would really love to hear your thoughts on the Real Ghostbuster Diamond Select toys.
Thanks! I would love to at some point. I think they’re amazing! A few of my proton pack wires have broken which sucks.

I could understand you perfectly! I really wish they’d make a 6” scale Ecto. Maybe they’ll do another preorder for one. You have a lot of great toys!
@@razrentals8897 thank you very much buddy!😊😊 love your video
You should definitely do a video on the Matty GB props!
I wouldn’t mind someday! I think the goggles had problems, but the other 3 were great!
I REALLY hope the hasbro line goes long enough to do their own versions of the Real Ghostbusters in 6 inch.

Yeah the Neca Gozer is too big for the Matty figures. I think it goes well with the Dst figures though. I think it’s a lot nicer than theirs too.
