    Last point is exactly my thought. From 4 room to 4 bedroom condo. No point selling n moving to the same or worse smaller unit for more than double the price of bto.

    After 5 years MOP n it will sell for $900K n if this is the norm, I feared for future Singaporean. Those haves not will be priced out. Is this even sustainable ?

    If i don't look at OCR. Is dunman view (20 years old) entry price at 1400psf a good buy?

    For bto keys collection, normally is it 2 to 3mths before key collection, hdb will contact the owner?

    Already own two old condos, one for own stay and one for rental. Want to exit and buy landed as tired of dealing with tenants but not many transactions at my condo so also cannot sell.

      Maybe your condos r in a bad location or u r asking too much, get Melvin’s team to sell it for u.

      ​@@david888a Short walk to upcoming Thomson line station in the East but no recent comps for my big unit as mostly own stay profile. Most likely also waiting for MRT to come.

      Good luck in your sale, waiting can b good too,if condo prices keep appreciating…then yr landed will b more expensive too..

      @@david888a Thank you. Adopting a wait and see attitude; see whether the right place comes along at the right price. I think buyers for landed/condos can only accept a certain quantum/PSF and we are around that limit already especially at current interest rates. Most likely will stabilize in my opinion.

    No free lunch in the world. U want cheaper entry price, u need to ballot for BTO at OCR non prime locations. U want big, convenient, near amenities, near transport hubs or even better near CCR / downtown, then u pay for it. I thought this is common sense? Don’t know why so many complains? 😂🤣😂
