Yeah, I am a diehard Bose fan but I wouldn't pay that much for a system,especially when I haven't heard it. Plus Bose does produce some duds from time to time.

Never buy Bose 900 as a standalone... Must buy with atleast satellite speakers!!! These two together is the best of the best... The movie or music never gets louder or fatigue.... The entire system is very pleasant even at higher volume

Great to watch and awesome that you got one from the usa, I have been a bose fanboy for over 20+ Years and for me audio = bose, Currently using 2 x 700 setups in 2 diff rooms of the house with the surround 300 speakers and a 500 sub on both ( not much of a base fan ) - look forward to your review comparing the 700 with the 900 sound quality and if it really does upscale 5.1 audio content too. Also very interested to know if the surround 700 and soundbar you got are on 110V or 110 - 220 ! and our take on the difference between the surround 300 and 700 ! Thanks for the comment. It's totally based on Individual's choice. For Loud, room filling sound - Sonos Arc. For Clarity - Bose 900. For me it's Bose 900 coz I felt it sounded better in terms of Music playback and also it has Bluetooth and Remote control support unlike Sonos Arc.

Actually it supports universal voltages but anyways for safer side I bought a voltage stepdown transformer 240 to 110 v to power on
