when I was young my mother canned a lot planted a big garden and made home made soup for just about every one in the country side my eyes would water also my mother said Dorothy put a freash potatoe on the end of your knife and change it once in a while and the potatoe goes in the soup that cured my watery eyes like yours Gina Young and Happy New Year and God Bless you and yous Love your onion rings

It brings me a sense of peace because I’d worry so much if they were in person in the classroom setting. My kids had strep and flu so many times that they picked up from school over the past few yrs. My oldest is upset because this is his Jr yr of high school but I’m doing all I can to help him through this time.

My eyes never burn when I cut onions now because I cut them up at the sink while the cold water runs! I use to have the same problem as you Gina with burning eyes & after I asked older women (who can cook) about it, I was told to cut it up by the running water because the heat in the onion needs somewhere to go that’s wet! So the water takes the heat in instead of your watery eyes!! It worked for me!! I hope it works for you!! God Bless You!!
Gina my sister is a teacher for 5th graders and she said its difficult and different she has 20 minutes to teach😒wow she also saids its different because the kids have to learn to use the computer and her students also have 5 other teachers as well . Hats off to all students and teachers🙏🙏😊😊😊
