- Here's our weekly Sainsburys and Aldi grocery haul. I think I did really well for the money, especially with the £12 off voucher that I used! With it being half term, the meal plan wasn't ready for Monday, which is never a good idea as I ended up with nothing planned! So refreshing to know that I am not the only one that doesn't have an immediate plan for all my meals. If I see something I like and know I will use that's the right price I will get it even if I don know for certain if I will have it on Monday or Thursday or with potatos,tomatoes or rice.😄
You are not on your own at all! 😊 When I'm doing a proper run down of the freezer and cupboards, I plan each meal and only buy the things we need. On a normal week, I pick up like you say, things on good prices and things we'll like 👍
I am so glad you are receiving vouchers from Sainsbury's. I think like M&S they a pricey; good quality,but more than I want to spend. And I know from my experience you need to shop at a variety of grocery stores either for the sales,convenience or availability of specific items. It's hard in modern life to be exclusive loyal to one store.
I can't believe it, they have sent me another £12 off a £60 spend! It's such a good discount, I have fully been taking advantage of it! You are absolutely right! There are certain things that I know are cheaper in different shops, so I'd make the effort to get it from them.

Hi lovely haven't commented in a while but still watching religiously...must admit i love sainsburys...i feel their special range is much like m&s...i can only get to Sainsbury's though when hubby is off as its in the next town & i can't drive due to my arthritis...so asda it had to be lol. Not keen on online shopping...i like to pick my own stuff haha....hope you are all well xx
Hi 👋 thank you so much for watching! Sainsburys has been really good, the offers I keep receiving from them definitely are helping with the cost and everything that we've had from them has been good. I've never actually used Asda! Maybe that'll have to be the next place to try! I completely get what you mean about picking your own things, I do home delivery or click and collect purely because it's convenient rather than the best way to shop. Plus, when I go into the store, I have zero self-control, so I end up blowing the budget!😂
@Withinabudget yip totally get u..I go to asda with a 60 pound budget for my top up shop & always spend over 80...its so dam hard...

Is tomato relish the same as ketchup?

Anyway tgouggt you did well fir the money at sainsburys but like tiu it's not my favourite shop. I'm also like you even tho I Di meal.plan if I see something on offer or that you fancy I pick it up to use another time as long as the date is good & / or I cam freeze it, it won't go to waste. The pizzas & bread good price , woukd cost a bomb ordering in 4 pizzas 🍕. Nice shop Paula
Aw, thank you! I was a little worried then, and I didn't want you to think that I was being rude. Yeah, back to Tesco this week 😊 I was really pleased with the cost of the pizzas, like you said, ordering them in would cost a fortune! 🍕
