Boys and their 4.0’s - and I bought my 03 TJ new and like yours it looks new - they last forever but with a long stroke they do not like to be redlined -

I always enjoy your instructional videos and appreciate the detail. I would never trust a shop to do a job like this on my 2002.

Wish you were my neighbor. I love these 4.0s. They just go and go. I have an 05 Unlimited LJ and 96 Cherokee. Fun to drive. Great detailed videos

I just did a complete a 4.0 head gasket video on my channel and i found that for the intake manifold bottom bolts that you can just turn them in a 1/2 turn and just set the manifold down on them so they are already in place because they are a hassle to install on the bottom
    Once again nice video

No coloco el termostato en la toma frontal del refrigerante para el motor por lo tanto el calor se embalara.

Do those roller rockers separate from each other? One of mine came apart but the rest seem firmly held together.

So I went through 2 harmonic balancers on my 2005. The 1st one wouldn’t go in flush and was deforming the metal on the balanced and mushrooming. The 2nd one was a little easier but still very tight and mushroomed just a little. I hope I didn’t harm anything in the process. Where did you purchase your balancer from?

You should be able to find anything you need at Summit Racing.

Don’t you normally need a spacer for the valve cover on a 4.0 with the Harland roller rockers?

Great video! I’d seriously buy your Jeep if you ever wanted to sell it, no joke. I am also very meticulous and enjoy maintaining my Jeep. I’ll seriously send you my contact info if you ever wanted it. Be safe,

Haha, I appreciate it! As the original owner of my Jeep, I'm not likely to be selling her any time soon :) Thanks for watching!
