Damn. See I own a HTC 10 on sprint also. In 3 years the phone has never ever given me one issue. And it's been dropped in water once.. Such a underrated phone. But it's the best phone I ever used. Still is fast as day I bought it.
I just got the problem, but only the top 2" of the screen is normal. The rest of the screen is white. The only time the screen acts normal is when the "Always on Display" is on.
Ugh that happened to me just know but then when i squeze my phone it flickers and eventually goes away, now i have a excuse about why it happens when my mum finds out 😂
Okay I don't know if you're aware of this. But you don't have to wait until your phone dies just because you can't remove the battery. All you have to do is hold down the power button and the volume down button the one that turns down the volume not the volume up button just the one that turns down the volume you're going to hold both the power button and the volume down button at the exact same time you're going to continue to hold it until your phone screen goes black and then you're going to wait about 15 or so seconds and then you're going to turn the phone back on. What this does is it resets the phone but it doesn't erase any data or delete any thing at all. This just allows you to restart your phone if it was to freeze. so that's all you do is hold on those two buttons for about 10 seconds at Max wait about 15 seconds turn your phone back on and everything should be fine. a lot of phone companies these days are making it so you can't remove the phone battery it's mostly like that for waterproofing that's why a lot of these newer phones don't even have headphone jacks anymore.
I have Galaxy J6 i know its waterproof so i dont care if it gets splashed by a water but my phone accidentally slipped in my hands and dropped at the water/ocean/shore so i cleaned it and my phone got stuck on Headphone Jack Mode where you can only listen the music with only your headphone . After 5 hours of using i tried to fix it but i dont even started yet my phone stays on white screen and when i turn it off it just flashes. Charging wont solve tho.
Help, for me this problem lasts anywhere from 5-30 minutes then goes away. A couple weeks pass and does the same thing 5-30 and it's gone. It happened again but it's been 13 hours, can anyone help
hi. my s21's screen is completely white. i don't know what to do. Its okay when its locked the lockscreen wallpaper is still there but when i open it its just all white.
my friend randomly gets white screens that he has to click off they look like that but its called one click but hes had it for 2-3 years now so i guess hes used to it

After i stop all customisation services, my phone back normally

my touch screen works and the top 3 or 2 centimeters i can see but everything else is just white
Or use up volume plus bixby and power buton and wipe the cache partition
Don't upgrade to s21 this phones has defects do to the phone being so thin their cord to the screen cable wears outs cause u get a new screen
My phone also have been like this how to solve again again my screen goes white automatically
this just happend to me just went to go on you tube then it went all white, about 5 min later came back seems fine now , you find out what this is ?
