I’ve said this similar notion to my wife, and she had noticed the trend too. Any person obsessed with overly cutesy aesthetics, acts adorable to a cartoonish extent, or tries to spread the notion of a “safe space” is most likely a psychopath and hiding some horrid behavior. It’s just a facade.
Moment's like these are why Hololive is so careful with their selection process and monitor their talents closely The Rushia incident was a hell of a headache, but Froot spilling over 90 pages of personal reputation shattering drama is a PR nightmare.
True. Even Rushia didn't make a 90 page doc and post it in public, about a topic that was old news. Even Any Color has had the sense to shut up about Doki.
Yeah, if she wants to plead her innocence, she should of worked and talked it out with management as well as maybe get the ex who accused of her as such and have them all talked it out with a third neutral member that is there and do decide who's right or not, so yeah
It is why, but I also don't agree with it. As far as Rushia is concerned, she certainly did something very wrong with regards to her husband. Initially however Cover did support her when it was just the rumor that she had a boyfriend, and I also blame KoreKore for leaking the fact that he was talking to Rushia and how he had known it was her - which is what resulted in her spiral out of control for leaking internal communications with management to a third party. I do think Hololive's talents should be a lot more free to speak than they are though. I dislike authoritarian systems on principal, so Cover's increasing tight grip and control on what the talents are allowed to express will never jive well with me. As embarrassing as a Rushia or Froot situation is, I think that's better than having all your talents dealing with enormous stress at all times because they're afraid of what they can and can't say. I think the number of Hololive talents that have left the company this year is a testament to that.
@@Hirome_Satouits because cover treat tweeter as marketing platforms professionally not for talent personal diary.. being talent in cover is a JOB, of course there's rules here and there..
I care about Vshojo more than I don't care about Froot (no hate, just not my cup of fruit tea) I'd rather she settle her private matter privately out of respect to her coworkers. Just be professional. That is all.
I agree, her name is connected to vshojo and the other girls, now people will keep harassing them over this situation for mounths to come when this doesn't envolve them at all
I think on both sides of the wall, we can all at least agree on one thing: Froot should've probably just kept this to herself, delved more into therapy outside of a Twitlonger, and just keep chugging along feeding neither side. It's even worse this time because it's breaching containment similar to the Selen Incident, and it convinces those outside the sphere that it must be quite the echo chamber they need to avoid.
Hear hear Honestly I really wish to stop hearing the drama I was circling around in the past come back up again. Most people I know who were even the tiniest bit knowing either Froot's PL or her ex just want it to go away and be a bad memory. But now it's flooding our TLs.
yeah honestly the whole thing to me just feels like private business that the rest of us really didn't need to know and is just making the whole thing worse.
This is very old news at this point, not many remembered it and had moved on to other topics quite a while ago, so resurfacing it after so long was pretty unnecessary and it creates much speculation as to why she did so and none from what I can see are positive speculations for her.
Streamer; "Parasocial relationships with streamers/Vtubers are weird and you shouldn't invest yourself in their lives too much or feel like they are your personal friend" Also streamer; "So, here's all my private information and things that happened in my personal life" I don't get people sometimes.
Well its simple. There are two different streamers, probably. One is the one who cares in a way of the mental state of their community and people in general, and the other one actually is a beneficiar of said parasocial relationship, so to speak "farming simps".
This Froot drama has been brewing for years. There was absolutely no reason to fan the flames and make it bigger. It's not going to go away and now it's harder to bury. Best vshojo can do is to tell their talents to shut up about it. I have no idea why Froot insists keeping the post up still. Zen is based as fuck as usual and not saying anything.
@@MikaNyangeance it's refreshing to see a vtuber that doesn't have to chime in on every single issue, even ones that have nothing to do with them. Zen's great like that, she stays out of shit that does not involve her, she's a smart person for that.
So, just an update on the Froot docs. Asmongold has recently privated his vid in regards to the Froot's docs. It seems like he might have made the exact same mistake as well. A number of the talents that were getting a lot of hate for supporting Froot are also part of his own agency Mythic Talent and he might have added more fuel to the fire for them.
Honestly nobody should've ever made judgments or become supportive of Froot because this is a private matter where we only have one side of the situation. People are too quick to assume that Froot is telling the truth 100% and assuming she didn't nitpick anything. Nobody knows if the cheating scandal is true either. Very messy toxic relationship situation and who would've known it would lead to them being toxic towards each other...
Why would you support someone from another corp when you have nothing to do with it? Shit tends to spread and stain, so when you get involved in a shit-show, you end up smelling bad and people don't like it, even if you did nothing wrong... when you rely on your image as an entertainer to get money, that's not a good idea. Those girls are dumb and should seriously face a penalty for involving the company that way. Now you might say Asmongold involved himself in it too, but he didn't support the shit-show, he called it out, as he should... they're the competition to HIS agency.
@@MrRAGE-md5rj while she might deserve a little tongue lashing, nobody deserve to have anyone other than themselves be involved in drama. Lets not add parents/ family into the mix. That is overboard. this exposed quite the mismanagement here, for vshojo to tell kson to stfu but not froot is crazy, like all this reignited when she poured gasoline by posting that 90 page doc, does vshojo not have PR advisers and shouldn't they be prioritizing Ironmouse getting all her youtube channels terminated
tbh telling kson to remove it was probably exclusively damage control, obviously they know they cant keep froot from burning, but they dont want kson in that same boat for standing up to the flashmob
@@Infernalicon Damage control? Are they amateurs? When has deleting a comment like that ever made things better? In my opinion it was pretty obvious that Kson's comment was of the "I don't know the whole story, but you are a coworker and have been nice to me so I am here to support you". I think everyone knows someone that they used to support and it later turned out they were an AH. Could/Should Kson dug more into Froot before commenting? Maybe, but being nice shouldn't be really held against anyone, especially after she clarified that she doesn't condone cheating.
@@dannysmi7162 nah it was the sign. Hogwarts was ALSO during Pikamee hiatus... she never end up playing it, just coasting until the situation stop being searing hot, then graduate.
As ex-military, I can say it is, unfortunately, VERY common for spouses of those that are actively deployed to cheat. It is sad and pathetic. And I still stand by my opinion that not only is cheating never acceptable, even with 'abuse', at that point you don't cheat, you LEAVE. If you are so desperate to want to sleep around, it's very easy...just breakup or get a divorce. I told my ex that it would have been easier if we had just split than to have her go behind my back. Unfortunately, I was too dense to get it the first time around and, like a fool, gave second chances. No longer. Making it public, she deserves every bit of criticism she receives now. Criticism that is not threatening her safety in any way, obviously, I do not condone violence. But she is, in my opinion, a terrible person, the nicest thing I can say on this platform. Hopefully, she can learn from this, but in my experience, cheaters rarely do. They just learn to just hide it better. Should have just left private matters private. There is no need for this to be in public.
Yep, it is very easy to leave while they're deployed. I lost count of how many I knew in the Army that had been divorced without them actually being in country. And the military takes things like spousal abuse very seriously, especially if said abuser is military themselves. But I've unfortunately also seen many spouses take everything and leave while the other is deployed. Emptied bank account and just left. So I'm obviously biased in one direction. I've only seen one side of the story.
Abuse is ironically a term that has been abused and twisted to shove onto situations for sympathy and to color anything that is said after that because they know a lot of people won't really pay full attention to what actually happened or will purposely look for excuses when what is said doesn't line up just to support that claim of abuse. some of them to the point that they can never be convinced to change their minds in any way. Even if it turns out they were entirely the abusive person in the relationship and were never abused themselves.
The sad part is, her simps & defenders do not understand this. They think the cheating is justified because of the "abuse". Its the same damn issue where its believe all women until the actual truth finally shows up, by that time the guy's reputation is already destroyed to the point that minecraft is the only option. She's only doing it because of the irrelevancy she is facing. Her numbers compared to other Vshojo members are stagnate after the Hogwarts Fiasco. Its becoming clear she has the typical "pretty girl" issues where its all about her and the 90 page PR fiasco was just that. A massive sympathy farm on her part to smooth over her major personality faults. In an era where its shown that Women lie in Family court about abuse, will lie in public about abuse and overall claim any form of mental abuse its far quicker to "defend the woman" just due to predesposition. Then you start listening to people who dealt with family court and the like....and you realize while men use physical violence to abuse their partners...women deploy mental abuse against theirs and they know those will never show up on photograph or a trauma visit to the ER.
What's wild to me is that she thought she could make the allegations go away by calling attention to it. Maybe she was just aiming to garner sympathy... which in turn lead to anyone who showed it becoming targets for harassment as well. As plans go, this wasn't a great one.
I understand they're friends, but i don't get why they keep doing it... as an entertainer, your image is extremely important, support your friend all you want in private, but in public, if you're not involved, don't say a word. If you give public support to someone who did something wrong, you're now stained by it too... there's nothing good that can come from getting involved in a possible shit-show.
Especially a 90 page document on her main official account wasn't going to be positive and got 100,000+ more people involved who don't know who she is doesn't help whatever it is
to be fair, Froot has also been harassed for the husband thing for years. I don't think she should've spilled all of her personal life, I just dont think either "side" is in the right here. Let's just leave people alone.
To start off, I think her reasoning in her document is valid and does shine a light on her ex husband as being a terrible person, BUT I do think releasing this doc was the wrong move if what she wanted was for this drama to go away (which I do believe is her genuine intention) I think what happened is Froot spent so long putting this document together, that the drama was mostly forgotten by the time she actually finished, but naturally people in such situations where they feel others are slandering them will always want to set the record straight, even if it means reigniting the spotlight to do so, and so that's why she released the document when she did. Not out of a need for attention, but because it took her that long to put it together and even though to all of us the drama seemed quiet, to her, being in the center of it, she'd still be seeing lots of messages and harassment about it, not really noticing that its only 10-100 new messages instead of thousands or whatever
I was stationed in Colorado springs in the Air Force, fort Carson was a big army base and thousands of dudes could deploy overseas at once... And every single time they did that night the clubs and bars would be *PACKED* with women with wedding ring tans, and they were on patrol for men. Me and my buddies would just be trying to get a drink after work and we would get harassed non stop. It got so bad we gave up on trying to go out during a deployment cycle.
It's also important to note that soldiers aren't perfect, there are plenty of soldiers who are shitty people (sometimes even shitty at their job at the same time but slip through the cracks). Everyone in my family works or worked for the military, either directly or as a civilian, and they ALL have tons of stories about the kind of scum who can wriggle their way into the ranks and how hard it can be to actually get them out before they cause issues.
@@viysnjor4811 I would argue it's worse now. As retention and recruiting are struggling more, they're more than willing to look the other way for some people just to pump up the numbers. I've seen quite a few soldiers where I just wonder how they haven't been chaptered yet.
@@HexiiSky No... it's still bad and really shitty to do. There are very few situations where cheating is acceptable and all of them are still not a good option out of every other option you had.
she’s mixing personal and professional. it’s not like she’s a solo act she is part of a professional group. it’s mad weird to release a massive google doc on ur personal life when your a vtuber part of a talent agency.
Actually VShojo isn’t a company where they assign their own managers unlike Holo, Phase, and even Niji for that matter. The talents are free to express anything and this is a bad move for them if they bring up something that brings them in a bad light.
Considering Kson is streaming with a camera half the time ,i doubt the fact that she talks about her personal life is the problem ,Vshojo is a talent agency not a vtuber company so they are not your typical hololive or phase connect where they are bound by contracts to not show their real selves ,obviously this is a PR nightmare ,but its more to do with the subject matter than the simple fact she showed her irl problems .
@@leonmystique9372 Whether VShojo is a talent agency or Vtuber Company does not matter when it comes to public perception. Froot is signed under VShojo, she represents VShojo, so her actions will undoubtably affect the public image of VShojo and their related talents, ie. everyone who is signed under VShojo. If there are no managers to hold Froot accountable for her actions, the owner of the agency or her colleagues should, because it will affect them. On a side note, VShojo has grown to a company. On their website, they even called themselves a VTuber Company. They do have managers and talent advisors in their company that can advice them on publicity stunts, like this 90-page document that Froot just released publicly, on the internet.
Yeah. It would be extremely weird if you dumped it on your company's profile in any other context. Then again, vtubing and streaming is rather special breed of work.

"I'll always be on your side no matter what" is never a good statement. Yea, imagen if she then post about how the holocaust was a good thing or something like that. She’s already a progressive leftist so she could in theory hold such beliefs deep down
Speaking purely about the choice of language/wording here.... No, that's just your interpretation. Having someone's side no matter what, includes staging an intervention should they stray and do something wrong. It will often feel like betrayal to the wrongdoers and typically met with the response: "I'm on your side, but this is wrong" What you've implied is a classic 'guilty by association' which is never healthy or rational. I enjoy discussing choice and interpretation of language used, so please don't take this in bad faith. Thanks
@@bunt15 It's not linguistic it's moral. Some choices and actions make it the right thing to do to no longer be on someone's side. Your interpretation works for something like an alcoholic or even maybe a serial shoplifter or something, but some actions are not suited to an intervention for the benefit of the perpatrator but for punishment. That is unless you want to start dealing with religious concepts like saving one's immortal soul, but speaking in secular terms.
Thank you Andrew for always approaching things from a LEGAL.....mindset. 😅 The court of public opinion is strong but ultimately holds no water if they aren't taking into account that these are *real* people whose actions have *real* consequences.
My biggest question is why Vshojo didn't have Froot delete her tweet or at least stop her from doing so rather than have Kson delete her post? This was without a doubt planned for publicity since her cheating on her ex-husband has long since faded from the lime light. Did she really need attention that badly for her to ruin Vshojo's reputation even more?
I don't think Froot thinks like that and Vshojo can't force her to take down the tweet. The couldn't really do that to Kson either. One of Kson's current sponsors probably sent a DM to Haiguy or the JP Ceo regarding the current sponsorship and that's what did that one in. She just said management told her to take it down because you can't say something like Tenga called and they're withdrawing my sponsorship. That looks just as bad As for Froot them telling her to take down the Tweet has bad optics just as bad as her leaving it up as it would destroy their branding. They're in a damned if you do and damned if you don't type of situation. Vshojo will be getting those new talents contracts ready shorly if not already. It is likely that if they hadn't signed contracts the new contracts will get amended once the girls also sign an addendum to not do anything in any way which pisses off any sponsors at any time.
Vshojo to my knowledge doesn't monitor their talents the way holo and phase does it ,they are a talent agency not a vtuber company ,they just happened to hire only vtubers ,but i dont think they have control over what their streamers say or do on ther accounts ,i might be wrong tho .
@@EndoftheBeginning17 The new contract angle might be a good way of filtering out the bad actors, or at the very least, keep people like Froot in line, but on the other hand it could cause Vshojo to become another Nijisanji and ex-Nijisanji talents REALLY DON'T want that... either way Vshojo NEEDS to do SOMETHING with Froot, otherwise it will just spiral into another Nijisanji situation...
Vshojo bills itself on "talent freedom", but sometimes it seems that just works out to be the inmates running the asylum. They don't really have a way to stop their talents from shooting themselves in the foot--or doing the same to their coworkers--until after they've already blabbed and then management has to beg them to stop starting new fires, without any real way to put out the ones that are already burning.
Also Vshojo is responsible for everything that a talent says as a representative of that company. The fact they let Froot just air dirty laundry on a company account is insane.
@@gaboratoria I think you are right, but tagging the company in her name does tie the account to the company. Unless you know how Vshojo functions, a normal person would assume that her account was a Vshojo account.
Vshojo's problem isn't talent freedom, but that they have no standards other than noombers and brand name for picking talents. Phase Connect arguably gives more freedom to their girls but they don't even advertise it.
Froot should have been terminated after she promoted harassment towards her coworker for playing the wizard game. Kson didn't disparage Froot more than Froot disparaged Silvervale (and indirectly Henya.)

Froots past was definitely a morbid part of the Vshojo talent. Some people didn’t believe or wanted to believe that Froot was like this. There was evidence of her behaviour and a lot of unstable people were able to find a lot about her. When the time comes for Froot to finally admit how she was, I honestly expected life-long haters to finally accept and move on from this. The fact that a lot of well-known Vtubers coming in and supporting her is a gigantic ’WHAT?!?’ Did these girls read what she did? Clearly some didn’t, what bothers a lot of people is that everyone has positive input about her past behaviour. I and a lot of people would have been fine with Froot still playing with her members after this 90 page Document, for them to publicly support the document painted a lot of bad faith for their communities. Ksons a real one for admitting her mistakes and following slight criticism, too bad that’s not considered okay, even though that document wasn’t ok. That plus the fact one of her outfits are blatantly going against Twitch TOS and she doesn’t get backlash from Twitch, yet Zentraya put a bikini outfit on for about 5 minutes and got a warning despite playing by Twitch’s rules during her entire streaming career.
@@WWIIRanger That kind of "right type" stuff can go by the boards pretty quick. money can be very loud, particularly loss of revenue, especially if a multimillion dollar client pojnts to one specific person.
You forget, Aprocot was an fleshtuber e-thot who did a lot of risque cosplays back in the day. Back when she was sub 500 on Twitch. She only started to get traction because she was selling lewd cosplay photos (similar to Bunny Ayumi) on Paetron. Then when the porn purge on Paetron happen she tried to get Twitch going. It was only after going quiet on her flesh-tuber PL account and making a Anime Vtuber model that she gained traction. There were videos and discussions on /vt/ talking about her and how she spent money to scrub the net of her spicy photos and Patreon. None of that exists anymore in the archives sadly. However it does make sense that Twitch moderation team is nothing more than a haven for simps to their favorite e-thot. So it stands to surmise she probably pays off the Twitch mod team the same way Amorath does it.
Here's a fact. Both of them allegedly did wrong. Cheating is never an answer as abuse is unjustifiable. Trying to solve a mistake doesn't correct another mistake. It's a very simple concept, yet people forget it. Also, honestly with this kinds of drama or issues, the best thing to do is, settle it privately with their lawyers and eventually in court. Cause if they make this thing public, it achieves nothing but flame the fires. Unless of course, if they are like Kurosanji that needs to be humiliated on a huge scale in order to stop them, since it is a big company. Also to the pro or antis, just grow up, be civil even if it's the internet, and just await the results.
Well said, people on internet is driven by emotions and rushing their judgement. Cheating is still cheating. and Abuse is still an Abuse. No one is walking away all white and clean here, and that's the fact.
when people are hurt, thy often want to hurt them back. two wrongs don't make a right, and there isn't ever any justification that says 'okay, you were hurt X, you are cleared to hurt back Y'
Cheating is never justifiable, specially multiple ones. It's ABUSE, specially when you VICTIM BLAME them afterwards to your rabid fanbase, the fact that you put it as if it was a "reaction to something" ( answer ) instead of a lack of morals says a lot about you. The Hogwards incident showed her true colors and what she really thinks about victim blaming and yet you are ok with taking the words of a know ABUSER like her instead of the VICTIM ? Talk about being gullible..
@@Hey_Mister Did you read it carefully? That's why I put the word "allegedly" on both of them. This is what I'm exactly pointing about. Be civil, don't let your emotions get the better of you, and let them do it in court and await the outcome. Talk about judging me without understanding the whole thing. Really thought I'm siding with anyone here, that's where you are wrong. You also clearly missed the part "another mistake doesn't fix a mistake." Like come on man.
Thank you for covering this, and heres why i think you should look into all of froot more. One she supported the Hogwarts legacy "boycott" (harassment campaign) you know the whole meme of "wheres the money froot?" It's because during that she made a tweet saying she will donate a buck for each like to a Charity on a Twitter post, also she said to silver that "everyone makes mistake." And made some other tweets about hogworts. So not only did she indirectly supported it by doing a charity post, but said smugly im i believe silvers chat that her playing was a mistake. With other tweets at the time that i cant find, probably delete, but in someones Hogwarts silver drama vid. Also she sturk another creator vod down and if i remember correctly got her twitter suspended but im really foggy on that one. And heres the thing about the cheating thing is, to be honest, no one should care but the parties involved. Her punishment for that was a messy divorce. She didn't cheat on her chat, or f them it should not matter to us, its her business. What should matter is she should either say an apology for the Hogwarts and the strike, or get some punishment from vshojo. Many where herassed some to the point of tears, graduation, and probably a few beyond that. Some of the victims we can name like silver, henya, pippa, girlfriend review, but many we cant, and probably some of them haven't fully recovered from it. We should focus on that more than whatever this cheating thing is, for many of us where directly harm when we thought we losted our little kettle.
if you dont care then you dont care.but telling people to just disregard cheating of a public figure is a no specially when it was made public. private is private for sure but bad deed is bad deed. its because of people like you that people think they can get away with it
@@chrisgaming8846 "get away" she had a messy divorce? She also was pretty young, yeah you shouldn't date a known cheater, but what does the public have to do with it? Should we stone her for adultery like the old times or should she be fined by the court? What should her punishment be other than whatever her ex-husband decides to do to her legally? Like we can publicly shame her but who says how long? What exactly do you want her punishment to be? For her to get fired from her job, leave vshojo, get shamed by a mob of strangers for as long as they can remember, apologize to her ex-husband publicly so you feel satisfied, pay him a settlement? What do you want her to do? I think it's up to her ex-husband and not us. If he does go-fund-me to sue for damages we should donate and if there is one link me. But other than that I don't think we should be involved because we weren't to begin with. I do agree cheating is bad but as of punishment it should be for the cheated to decide within the boundaries of the law of course.
@@MrRAGE-md5rj Yeah but we have done that for 8 years? When does it end? I know she brought it up recently and lied about it but we should just correct the record, which we have her discord Dm's and some nudes but this is he said she said, both sides are probably lying both intentionally and accidentally because this is so old. This is somewhat iffy. And still adultery can be handle by the law If her Ex wants to sue her for emotional damages lets do a go fund me, but we should focus on what she has done to the vtuber space not what she did in her personal life with someone else. She struck down a fellow content creator video, and she supported the harassment during Hogwarts legacy. Both should be at the for front of this. If we keep going at her talking about cheating which is a he said she said deal, we will always be on shaky ground, and instead focus what we have a strong foundation on, we might see her or vshojo respond to it. Right now they are farming hateful messages on twitter so that she can say "The only people who hate me are a bunch of in-cells that think they got ntr'ed, talking about how I cheated when he abused me." which will swept her transections against silver, henya, ant, and many more under the rug of "jealous in-cell." You and the others who are focused on her cheating close to 10 years ago are helping her win. Stay in the pocket of the argument of her bulling a collage, to the point of tears, and leaving their company, getting 0 repercussions, and breaking the golden rule of youtube of do not use its BS tools to take down another's content creators stuff. I understand cheating on a veteran is horrible but we will not win that fight unless he sues her and win/settle or he becomes a youtuber or goes to a major youtube channel and dumps every file to leave 0 to the imagination. Anything short than that we will be screwed trying pushing the cheating thing farther. We should still say she cheated allegedly but the other points are far stronger. But remember for the most part the cheating thing is more based on faith and trust. For both sides. Thats why we need some legal aspect to win over her said or overwhelming evidence. But until then its he said she said.

Im getting to the point of half the things that occur online are just interpersonal things that dont even matter. Its human and even people being so pro or anti is parasocial no matter which side your on.
yepppp, people being so invested in someones relationship is so weird. People on either side of the fence being so invested is so crazy to watch in real time.
In the end of the day, her dropping this 90 page thesis about her past only hurts the company to the point the running joke about the company, being for guarding tools might be earn.
"being for guarding tools might be earn" I have read this phrase like 30 times, over and over, and I cannot understand what it means. For some reason I can't stop trying to figure it out. Was it a voice input typo? Maybe some kind of homonym mix up somewhere?
Yet another reason Hololive is the best agency. They keep private matters PRIVATE, rather than letting talents stir drama.(regardless of intent or if they are in the right or wrong) Vshojo needs to tell their talents to maintain a more professional presence online to avoid these situations.
A lot of people seem to like that Vshojo talents are more "transparent" though and complain that Hololive is too sanitized or too kayfabe. I think they do share a little bit of audience since both are vtubers company but they caters to different type of audiences. Can't really say if one is better than the other though, to each their own.
Yep. Hololive has a good reign on their talents, and it has yielded a more enjoyable experience for both the talents and viewers. Vshojo is what you get without the necessary guard rails to keep personalities from bickering and politicizing.
I am not by any means a vshojo watcher , but people need to understand a thing ,Vshojo is not a vtuber agency ,they are a talent agency ,which means ,they dont work the same way hololive and phase connect work ,they basically have their own mangers outside the company for every member (which i would assume is hand picked by them personally and not the company ) so they have way more free will in what shows on their socials ,for better or worse .
@@flameofthegame The issue i see here is these girls are hurting their careers to publicly support a friend and it's plain dumb. Support her in private all you want, but in public you should NEVER involve yourself in a shit-show that has nothing to do with you, it can only hurt you.
Neither path is going to be perfect though. Hololive is more restrictive which means terrible things are going on in the background and you would never know. It can make the talents feel the need to change how they conduct themselves and make the talents feel restricted in what they can do (one of the reasons kson left/aqua left for a similar reason but i'm 100% on that). vshojo giving more freedom makes situations like this happen where a talent can start a big drama that can spiral out of control. This has happened multiple times to vshojo and their rep has taken a hit overall everytime (though the general public seems to forgot after a while). Freedom or Control? Both have their pros and cons but I've always felt like you have to meet in the middle. The closest version of a ideal system that i've seen is phase connect which really feels like the talents are able to be themselves without much restraint BUT still have perfectly fine lines that make sense not to cross. Just my opinion on this though.
I unfollowed Froot from all socials after the document was released, i did skim a little bit of it and it is heartless but I honestly don't care, I followed her for entertainment not for trauma dumps. This parasocial aspect of content creators where they have to tell us about everything in their life is somewhat worrying. Sharing some things is ok, but this was way to personal, something that should have been worked out with close family/friends, also it comes off a little pandering
@@gampie13 if does doesnt after seeing the document why coming here to comment that IF he USED to care... he still does if he feels the need to share that...
Yeah, considering how much talents actively call out trauma dumping and parasocial behavior as unacceptable from the audience, it's super off-putting when they try to use their audience as some kind of enabling therapist.

Not sure about the rest but Silver’s had documented beef with Mousey for not keeping in touch while they were both in the company together. And rather than talk it out in private or find opportunities to insert herself into a multiplayer thing for chill time, Silver held on to the resentment not-so-quietly and then expressed that she stopped considering Mousey a friend as soon as she left. So the mutt kinda sorta completely did it to herself.
@@pandamoniumsan I’ll admit to some bias. But I do recall this one situation where Silver started a stream with zero game plan and asked for suggestions on something to do. At this time, Mousey was roaming V Shojo’s RUST server by herself. Pigeons in Silver’s chat relayed this and suggested she get on RUST to keep Mousey company. Silver immediately launched into a rant about how VTubers aren’t mindless puppets to chat’s whims and that she has stuff in mind already… even though she just said the exact opposite, having zero plan and taking suggestions. She then launched a game to act like it was gonna be part of the stream all along. So in hindsight, that was probably a huge flag to the state of their friendship as we’d know it to be much later.
@@mayborneflower Silver's beef with Mouse is both real and understandable. Friends perceive friendships differently and with how they approach relationship the falling out is inevitable, and I can't say either of them is 100% wrong. Mouse is a known ghoster and is the kind of person who tries to reconnect with anyone after months or years of disconnect, that's not always be the kind of relationship you want. But she's not alone in this, many does have that kind of outlook on friendship. That does not make Mouse evil. They just have staggering contrast in expectation. I side with Silvervale purely because we have the same expectation of friends.

At this point, I wish vShojo was a little more strict with their talents as people have mentioned regarding the funny magic game. I think the best thing going forward is for vshojo and Froot to separate. Not terminate, just become no longer affiliated with each other similar to Silvervale, Nyanners and Veibae (although they left on better terms I think). Regarding KSONs tweet, this is just me forming an opinion, but I don't think KSON is the type to stay in a place where she feels limited in speech. Just based on her last corporate employment and this tweet.
Even if she didn't physically or emotionally or whatever else cheat on her spouse, she still bullied and supported bulling of people to the point of tears and struck a content creator down. She should at least apologize for that, or get punished by vshojo.
The interesting issue for Vshojo is that the only thing they can do as they don't own any IP, the company has nothing over the talents head to keep them in line, all they can do is ask her to take a hiatus for a few months until all of this blows over and otherwise not just renew her next year. With a statement that says that she will no longer be staying with Vshojo - if the rest of the talents walk that is their business. I don't doubt that behind the scenes, there is a lot going on right now

Most people I know that know of vshojo either does not want anything with vshojo because of froot or they don't like froot out of all the members. There has been immense disdain for froot that it surprises me. I can see why now with all this happening
This is why a firm set of rules about pr is needed in an agency even about tweeting. If you're solo, you can go say whatever the f u want, but this, will just pull down the entire agency and its member.
Personally, even if there is no actual evidence froot cheated on her husband or was aboosive herself, I'm still more inclined to believe that she did, solely from the fact that she has a very poor reputation (deservedly so). She has more against her then she has for her, so I PERSONALLY think she probably did such things. As I says, personally, believe what you want. But I'm of the opinion that people really don't change who they are, at least not fully, and especially not when they receive no negative consequences for their past actions. Either way, good video LM, don't sell yourself short, you have made waves in the vtuber sphere in the short amount of time you have been in it.

Tbf this problem was inevitable, and I’m not referring to Froots allegedly cheating and doc, it is how bad formuled was the VShojo branding, motto: total freedom to our talents. Yeah, they present themselves as an AGENCY talent focused, but that not necessarily needs to mean total freedom without check, something that both the vtubers and VShojo tended to say, as if they were only a group of indie vtubers, a unit if you want to see as. But no, they are now, at least since a couple of years ago, a VTuber AGENCY, no more a simple group and it is natural to “a movement/idea to change into something more formal”, and also entails some changes, like controlling the talents enough so the agency and the vtubers are in line with a vision-mision of the corp, or at least avoid problems like these ones. You can be still talent oriented and control the talents enough to keep the branding of the agency as a whole and not damaged, since they professed VShojo as a place where you can do anything you want because it is talent oriented and they still will support the talents. Now with these tweets and interactions from Kson will mark a real turning point to the whole “total freedom” that VShojo as a brand has been said before.

On one hand I UNDERSTAND Kson's opinion and sentiment. My issue is Froot had a past as throwing her other "Vshojo sisters" under the bus. That Kson likely doesn't know about. Vei, Silver and Nyanners got thrown under the bus during Hogwarts fiasco with Fruit directly going into Silver's chat and saying "I love my friends even when they make mistakes. We're only human". I am ignorant because I would stand up for my brother and sister no matter what because they are my family, especially my blood related family. I would not stand up blindly for my friends if they are in the wrong. Wearing my bias on my sleeve I USED to like Froot.
Her going into a chat is wrong. Stuff like that should be done behind the scenes when talking to another VTuber (chat is talking to the Vtuber) - that said I understand WHY Froot does that. She has a trans brother - her twin sister is now a guy. Froot unfortunately, like too many young people see Twitter as a way to talk and not as a public forum
@@EndoftheBeginning17 The problem being it wasn't just going into the chat. Froot did that, she actively ignored and sat on the sidelines while Silver got harrassed and doxxed and put up a tweet pledging to donate money and, as far as we know, never actually followed up to donate money to the trans organization. I have trans friends and a sister in the LGBTQ group but I wouldn't go out of my way to throw another friend under the bus over a video game.
@@Gilsao157 Sure but at this point Gunrun has a serious problem. The philosophy that Melody and he concocted was "talent freedom". However that "Freedom" cannot exist if certain rules don't exist. Freedom to exist has to have some degree of restriction - in this case no publishing of hit pieces that show how much of a victim you are. or stating anything that looks like scandal is occuring. This is why in Hololive Twitter is only used for marketing purposes As for Froot, given how she left home at 19 to shack up with a guy, and that her sister is now a trans-man. I think she comes from a VERY broken home, just my speculative opinion. I also know she is autistic as she has recently been diagnosed as such and unlike Haruka she has no idea how to act "normal" she just does stuff that she thinks is the right thing to do but inevitably backfires on her. Haruka does what is called masking, she learned specific behaviors designed to let her look like she's normal. But Froot does not know how to do that automatically, still no excuse for what she's done. I think a lot of the girls because of their experience with other, earlier diagnosed, autistic VTubers such as Haruka, don't realize how different an autistic person is, not can be is. If Haruka stopped masking I don't think any of the Vshojo talents would really recognize her. Haruka also calls herself dumb and stupid but she doesn't mean like she's putting herself down. She means she knows she doesn't understand the world (This is a far better condition than where Froot is at, who thinks she understands the world but doesn't)
I think one of the biggest issues for this whole drama is where Froot posted it. Twitter leaves NO room for nuance with its tiny 280 character limit. Yeah Froot brought up enough evidence to show at least to a reasonable doubt that her former husband was more then a bit of an asshole. However unlike what Froot seemed to be attempting to do with to doc, it doesn't absolve her of her poor behavior in that incident nor the numerous other issues people have with her. You always have the ability to walk away (doubly so for females). A call to the MPs or Police if they were off post would have separated them. A call to anyone in his unit could have placed him on suicide watch, there are hundreds of shelters she could have gone to, ect. As a side note, Froot may have fallen afoul of UCMJ as the spouse of a solider. Adultery is a crime under UCMJ after all. I'm not a JAG or even married so im not sure of the particulars of that law though.
@@ragzero6121 That's fine, my point is just that when you're an online personality and you've got a friend who's acting up, publicly rushing to their defense, especially before having the whole story, isn't a great idea. You can talk to them privately if you're actually friends and want to be there for them, but doing it publicly just comes off as doing it for show regardless of the intentions, and can end up backfiring.

Her answer boils down to blindly support a murderer because he was nice to me. Her answer was dumb and good for management for catching it and removing.
Most people don't want anything to do with the drama and the toxic sentiment around it, many people on the fringes and outside the 'fandom' are going to get pushed back even further from the brand/company, this may also include potential sponsors/partnerships. As much as they're individual talents, they're still intrinsically linked as representatives of Vshojo. I appreciate more now why other companies have stricter policies on personal lives and vtuber personas remaining as separate as possible, it's best for both parties.
Regarding management requesting posts get deleted. We don't know if they asked Froot to take down her post. We don't know if there might be some seniority favoritism here since Froot has been with Vshojo longer than KSON. This could end up being another turning point for the company where relationships are severed.
Froot is a diversity check for vshojo, they can't do anything to her because they are not homophobic. Which is why she can get away with anything and still be in vshojo, they need her to keep farming wallets of fanatics who overlook murder if needs to.
It's almost like...... these are just my initial thoughts, like she's become too parasocial with her viewers, like who is this for? I recognise that streamers like celebrities have a unique relationship with their fans but i don't talk about my job, if i talked about my job in public depending on what i say i could get in trouble, if i talk about my personal life from within my job that's hassle that the company doesn't and shouldn't have to deal with (not that i have anything interesting to say), and i don't see Froot's line of work making any of that behaviour any more acceptable, it's worse in fact because she's inadvertently dragged her coworkers into it and it's all being aired to millions of people on channels with the company name on full display. It doesn't matter what is in the document unless it makes the situation even worse, i'm not about to read it, it could be about how much she hates kittens it's still a bad idea.
To all you military men out there. Don't date and don't marry when you're in the service. I don't know anything about what Froot might have done, but it is a common thing that happens to young military service men to marry and end up deployed and find out later that your misses is doing the adultery while your away. In divorce she gets part of your pension your basically on the hook. Again I don't know if this is what Froot did, I am just saying it's common. Again don't date or marry when you're in the service, do your job, do your tour, get some maturity before commiting to a woman.
I don't support the vitriolic comments people throw at someone who defended a cheater, but what did people expect? Why would you publicly defend a cheater and think no one would get mad enough to say something about it on the internet. Makes no sense.
I mean that's just society in general. People defended MJ when he diddle with little kids. People also defended Dr.Disrespect when he engaged in sexual text with a person half his age. There's always those with a personal bias in these situation.
I didn’t realize that flirting with someone on discord while in a failed, abusive, and ending relationship was cheating. I certainly wouldn’t label it as cheating. If it is then I’ve committed adultery because I’ve fucked chicks from Tinder that are in the middle of divorce.
Alleged cheater, there's no actual proof only taking one guys words as proof, even we aren't sure if he is in the right or not, for all we know, she's still innocent, you can accuse of someone as such, does not mean they are right or not until the truth finally comes out, just don't jump on things too much, that's how the MeToo movement became a witch hunt and falsely accused men of wrong doing but eventually turns out not true, this could be like this but a women instead, I'm not defending her or anything tbh, just we need to be reserve and think between the lines, so yeah
To be honest. It's a whole lot of yap that the public didn't need to care about. It's a PR stunt for everyone and I certainly don't care. Never cared for her before, never cared for her now. However I can say, it seems mighty unprofessional to air it all out like this without even considering the sliver of possibility of it blowing back in their faces.
I lost any respect I had for her *as a content creator* since the Hogwarts incident. I stepped away from her content for good but that doesnt mean you can stop respecting her as a fellow human and send hate DMs to her supporters. What is wrong with people? Froot's friends are just doing what Froot failed to do during the Hogwarts incident: support their coworkers against random pointless internet hate. Don't attack them for doing the least that everyone should do.
What V-Shojo should have probably done is had a private conversation with the talent about how bad of a look this is, I think Kson ended up doing more damage then anyone by actually saying that she was forced to delete the tweet, so much so that I don't know jow they restore their brand considering her reputation. If all of the talent wanted they could sink the company and I'm not sure what the management would be able to do against these autonomous V-tubers who can leave any time they want. Makes me feel pretty bad for the management honestly, I guess nobody ever told Froot, Kson, or anyone else that replied that great power to say whatever you want comes with great responsibility to choose not to say things that will damage the companies reputation. If the goal is to not have to enforce shady morality clauses then they sure didn't do managment any favors.
If you look through these comments you'll see lots of people trying to defend froot, but you'll notice none of them bring up her past comments about her sibling. Funny that.
@@atrocious7766This is my view. She is the last remnant of the old crew I despised. The OGs that are still here - ironmouse and Zentraya I have zero problems with. They're both good people.
I've said this sort of thing to a friend of mine a few times regarding VShojo, they should have kept the idea of being a support company, not tying their brand to specific talents, but instead being a service to VTubers for sourcing services and possible insurances, keeping any advertising contracts between indie and advertiser, acting only as a middleman so that the service brand doesn't take the hit for an indie going wild. Stick to the original idea: Protect the talent from being taken advantage of by scumbags.

This is such a stupid situation. Unless she gave new information and proof, this doc was making things worse from the get-go. Both she and her ex made statements back then and people made up their minds. What has changed now? I don't why she would dig it up again.
@quintonheimann I understand that you like her and wanna furiously keyboard simp for her until your fingers are worn to the bone, but she's still not gonna sleep with you.
i sincerely hope Vshojo does not offer to renew her contract, she drags the others down so much, respectable people like Zen who stay out of stuff like this are dragged down by association. she's a drama magnet, she can't help but repeatedly drag up this situation, then there's the hogwarts drama, and the charity money scandal. she's done so much damage to Vshojo, and although they'll never publicly admit it, you KNOW that Nyanners, Veibae and Silvervale all left partly because of Froot's actions. i wonder who she'll be allowed to drive out next? Henya? she already got her past vtuber account harrassed, maybe Kson?, maybe she'll snap at Zen's throat for not publicly supporting her post? she's a rabid dog at this point, dangerous to everyone left, and she's gotta go.
Kson's deleted post was ambiguous and potentially interpretable as both siding with or against Froot depending on which part of the document people were focusing on/believed. IIRC, depending on how generous you interpret the document, it could either sound like a testimony of a victim or a confession someone that violated social norms (possibly even somewhat analogous to the black/blue or gold/white dress situation, but more deeply tied to cultural background and such); and Kson's post was a bit too vague on how she viewed the situation because doc has some element of symmetry in the contradictory interpretations and Kson was a bit careless with how she mixed the whats and whos in her phrasing.
This is one of those situations where Froot is a great character, but the person behind the mask isn’t a great person. No matter who is right or wrong, it seems like more times than not Apricot sides with the mob or stays silent. Most likely her being abused and her cheating are both true. If it wasn’t for her lack of tact in the past, she would have better faith with the community now.
I’ve heard about Froot being a cheater for a while now. I don’t remember what it was, whether she admitted it on stream or something else, but that’s been a thing for years now. Regardless of that, I don’t really trust Froot at all, I don’t think she’s the angel people make her out to be. I am admittedly biased, and I know that’s ultimately a bad thing regardless of my reasoning. But that is how I feel, and I can’t entirely put personal feelings aside in a situation regarding someone I dislike. I can be fair and look at things objectively, but that doesn’t change my subjective views of someone.
Froot (BSApricot) has always had things that make her a potentially good vtuber. She has a wonderful speaking voice, she has a beautifully drawn and rig'd avatar, and she is pretty good with her content (if you like FPS gaming). She also is a very pretty girl IRL (according to the photos she posts of herself). All Plus' in the entertainment category that would make someone like her. But I knew of the "cheating allegations", and while I don't approve of cheating, SOMETIMES specific situations can lead someone to take actions the otherwise wouldn't. MAYBE that was the case with her, maybe not (I don't know her, so I can't and won't judge that since we don't have "receipts" from both sides). But the way she reacted and treated the "Hogwarts" issue with Pikamee, Silvervale and Veibae (which I have a feeling may have played a part in why Veibae also left vshojo, even though I don't recall her being part of the "Hogwarts Kerfuffle") make her someone I likely wouldn't choose to associate with if not forced to do so (as she came off as a "Fair-weather Friend"). Overall, I think Zen has had generally the best reactions to vtuber controversy (as far a Vshojo is concerned). Just stream, talk to your chat, and avoid talking about other vtubers and situations that have nothing to do with you personally. If you are part of a Corpo, let THEM sort out all the nonsense, and you just stream and focus on your own business. So many vtubers like to be part of cliques and groups that they get defensive and wade into things they shouldn't. Just stream, and let corpo management sort out all the details legally. Leave private matters private whenever possible.
@@Man0War_Loki - I agree she should have left before cheating, but I'm speaking from her personal mindset. I don't know the full truth over what happened in her marriage, but what I pieced together, she moved here to get married, the marriage fell apart and she didn't see any place she could go after leaving him and couldn't go back home because her parents never agreed with her leaving to get married to begin with. If all that was true (maybe it is, maybe not), I would suspect she would likely feel cornered, and cornered people do strange things sometimes... You're right, in an ideal world, she should have left him before cheating, but I think we all know about a woman who stayed with someone they shouldn't have just because they didn't feel like they could "leave" (due to various circumstances, whether real or contrived in their own mind).
@Man0War_Loki yes but abuse victims will often cheat on their abusers due to them being emotionally vulnerable, or wanting to have any power over their abusers. And cheating does often give abuse victims the courage to leave their abusive partners
@@shinodamasaru7945there were more things that made Silver leave. One being that she's most likely a person that values friendships based on how many times you interact. This situation of froot cheating is just a whole lot of he says, she says situation cause there rarely no evidence to actaully confirm if this is true or not but in the end of the day if froot actaully cheated she should be ashame and to learn from her mistake, aslo to handle her life situation in private instead making it public and this goes to both side on her and her ex idk if her ex post it something personal between them that started this cheating situation but they both need to handle things as an adult in private.
I'm guessing that "toxic positivity" is another reason why Nyanners and Silver left Vshojo. And Froot seems to encapsulate the "activist" archetype, they're always the victim and did nothing wrong
I'm certain Silver left because of The Wizard Game situation, which BSApricot took part in. No matter how she tried to frame it, that was the reason. No point in staying where you're not welcome. And there had been reports of Nyanners starting to not get along with VSHOJO's golden goose, which is IronMouse. So take a wild guess which was VSHOJO going to let go. Just as an extra, that last part coinciding with Aethel's arrival.
It's still crazy to me that Froot can post this long ass twitlonger and not be asked to take it down but when KSON makes a comment about it SHE has to take it down while the original long ass document stays up? If the reasoning behind this is a morals clause then I would argue that Froot's initial twitlonger has invited WAY MORE NEGATIVITY into Vshojo than KSON's comment. Could KSON have worded her comment better? Most definitely, but it does seem a bit odd to me that the line is drawn at what KSON said and NOT with what started all of this in the first place. But hey, maybe I don't fully understand the situation and I am most likely biased to some degree as I know almost nothing about Froot but have followed KSON for a good 4 years now.
I agree with your sentiment but you have engaged in one of my biggest internet pet peeves, which is using a word that has a specific meaning to describe something that is similar but wrong. It wasn't a TwitLonger, it was a Google Doc, and if you wanted to be generic you could simply call it 'document'. It is the same as people that refer to any image they see as 'a PNG' or 'a JPEG' despite having absolutely no idea what file format it is in, so they should be saying something like 'picture' instead.
As someone who doesn't like Froot for multiple reasons, I do not condone that "I hope your mother dies from tumors" tweet. I would never wish cancer or death on my worst enemies. That is wildly disgusting.
For what is worth bleieve asmon already took that video down earlier. As you are probably aware nowhere in that document did she say she cheated on him, what she said is that she exercisided autonomy over her own body (in reference to the fact she didn't want to do X sexual act) and people took that as she saying she fucked around somehow. But yeah, although supportive of her, posting that 90 page doc was not the best idea.
They took it that way because she has a lot of antis who hate her, and it's really not helping either side of the argument because it just muddies the water and makes it harder for the actual truth to come out. I always prefer to take with a grain of salt until proven otherwise because that is normally the quickest way for the truth to be revealed. It also avoids disappointment when people don't live up to expectations, because nobody can live up to the expectations in your head, not even yourself. Also, if nothing else, this has taught me that people really have a problem with reading comprehension. It's pretty much an epidemic at this point.
why leave that ambiguous instead of saying you said no?. "exercised autonomy over her own body" means she could have gone with it or against it. weird thing for anyone to write unless they wrote it deliberately to hide something or to send a message.
@@KuroKumo96 read the thing ... I can say "Lets kill it" and unless you know the context you can either assume I am gonna kill something/someone or I am just trying to pump my teammates up to do an awesome job. It was not ambigous at all if you read it with the context, and didn't take the phrase out of said context...
While I do think interpreting what she said as her admitting to cheating is a stretch, I dislike the way she selectively censored words that probably did not need to be censored, and therefore ended up causing a lot of unnecessary confusion, as if she may have wanted this just to generate more buzz around the topic. She blocked out the exact sexual act they were referring to but it was only one or two very short words each time so I have to imagine it was something ridiculously vanilla like butt stuff or oral, and maybe she hid it because she didn't want to look like a prude that exclusively does V in missionary. Even I'm left speculating. VShojo isn't exactly known for being seiso so I don't get why she was too embarrassed to leave that detail out after all of the other deeply personal private things she shared.
"I want to share a piece of myself with you for a moment" which I think she already had... Oh man... Management things and censorship is what Kson is actually against 100% of the time... I see another Kson W after this first L of hers... Leaving the company if ever, man does Nux end up right on these girls...
If i can share my experience with this, I heard a while back that froot cheated on someone and didn't read much into it, but silently stopped supporting it. I saw froot's document, read it, realized the claims were bullshit, and went back to supporting froot. This is likely the reaction of anyone who was only partially aware of this drama, but not fully on either side. Overall, I'd say the document does more good than harm. It actively defends the character of froot, which should be in VShoujo's best interest. If they tried to terminate froot over this, when they have a policy of freedom, THAT is what would hurt the VShoujo brand, not any of this. Sure, there may be legal grounds for it, but it would be going against the companies very brand to follow through with that legality.
Cheating is cheating. Doesn't matter if it's emotional or physical. She cheated on her military SPOUSE! THEN she plays the victim when things don't go all sunshine and rainbows. Accountability isn't a thing for women like this. (Note I didn't say all women) Not going to wish harm or horrible things on her but she is nothing to me now. @@ResidentWeevil2077 let's assume for a second that the husband did the things froot claims, he was overseas in the military, she can absolutely just leave his ass instead of cheating him with at least 2 other people. what's he gonna do to stop her? go AWOL and get arrested? also fun fact, being the wife of an active duty serviceman means she could have contacted his CO and gotten him dishonorably discharged, the military does not like people who are abusive to their spouse. doing something shitty to counter someone doing something shitty doesn't make you a good person. all froot did by releasing that document is play the victim and create a massive PR nightmare for her entire agency.
I never read but from what I seeing from comments is that , She cheat with multiple men. Husband verbal abuse her when he is in the military. Am I right ?
Talk about a completely self-inflicted problem. Ignoring anything else she may or may not have done or said, Froot is big dumb for posting that document and bringing a spotlight on any of that. Just the typical VTuber urge to farm pity points, blowing up in their face.
Maybe vshojo should say that even though their talents have more freedom than other agencies, there are still rules they need to follow. Like, it's cool that the talents don't have to tip toe around certain things, but they're still employees of vshojo they still need to hold themselves to a higher standard than indie vtubers.
They're not employees though. If anything, the corporate structure is more like an upside-down pyramid. The VTubers own their IP, have full control of their socials and don't seem to have any quotas they need to fill for hours streamed or revenue generated, as they are allowed to go on long breaks even without a serious reason like illness. VS is an agency that is more like a consultant, secretary and assistant put together. They have all the power to advise the talents, but no power at all to actually enforce that advice so if the VTuber wants to go do something stupid they can't stop them.
@@Psyche_TH my point still stands regardless of if they're employees or contractors they still represent vshojo and should hold themselves to a higher standard
I never understood why these content creators have so little self-control. Rely on social media to defend themselves, go after others, generally not thinking before posting. Just STFU and hire professionals to handle the situation. Posting entire “docs” in thinking that will fix their problems is idiotic. Those types of actions will just draw more attention that will turn into more drama. I understand these content creators are probably wealthier than 90% of people in social media. Having money & sone sort of fame doesn’t make them any more intelligent nor wise. Worse of all, so many are quick to gaslight these idiots to continue their moronic, self-promotion.
K-son's issue isn't that she is a public person, it's that she used her public work-related account to support froot without knowing what was going on. That was silly and a bit irresponsible of her. You can't publicly support something and then act like it's just a private matter between 'sisters'. If she wanted to support her as a sister without knowing what was going on, she should have done so privately. That would have been smarter, as doing it publicly invites anyone who's ever invested time or money into her career to join the conversation and opens her up to criticism. Granted, I don't think any of all this gossip really matters, I'm just rambling.
One way or another this just created a really messy situation for VShojo. Froot probably should've conferred with the company before posting her tweet, and if she did and still got the okay then VShojo really misadvised her. People need to stop airing their dirty laundry publicly on social media platforms-keep that kind of stuff for your therapist and close friends.
Funny trend I've noticed is that "positive vibes only" people are often the most rabidly vicious if they don't like you.
That's because they're very controlling people.
Every single time. Anyone with that mindset has a tendency to be a bunch of control freaks.
Like CohhCarnage. Bro is full of shit. Their fans all like a religious fanatics. Screw that.
I don't think its a trend, I just think it stands out and is more memorable when you notice the massive contrast.
Moment's like these are why Hololive is so careful with their selection process and monitor their talents closely
The Rushia incident was a hell of a headache, but Froot spilling over 90 pages of personal reputation shattering drama is a PR nightmare.
And when Rushia bomb REALLY exploded she was out of hololive for a good amount of time.

Henya goes on hiatus due to sickness and now all hell breaks loose on Vshojo. Coincidence? I think NOT.

Hogwarts was ALSO during Pikamee hiatus... she never end up playing it, just coasting until the situation stop being searing hot, then graduate.
@@ZeroXSEED What? I don’t know what your saying. A sign of what?
Yep what I always say. Leave. Dude is in a whole ass other country. Get your family, tell them what going on and leave.
There isn't even any evidence that she cheated
To start off, I think her reasoning in her document is valid and does shine a light on her ex husband as being a terrible person, BUT I do think releasing this doc was the wrong move if what she wanted was for this drama to go away (which I do believe is her genuine intention)
I think what happened is Froot spent so long putting this document together, that the drama was mostly forgotten by the time she actually finished, but naturally people in such situations where they feel others are slandering them will always want to set the record straight, even if it means reigniting the spotlight to do so, and so that's why she released the document when she did. Not out of a need for attention, but because it took her that long to put it together and even though to all of us the drama seemed quiet, to her, being in the center of it, she'd still be seeing lots of messages and harassment about it, not really noticing that its only 10-100 new messages instead of thousands or whatever
@@viysnjor4811 To be honest her Ex husband and her are made for each other. Both are abusive and messed up in the head.
Everyone in my family works or worked for the military, either directly or as a civilian, and they ALL have tons of stories about the kind of scum who can wriggle their way into the ranks and how hard it can be to actually get them out before they cause issues.

she’s mixing personal and professional. it’s not like she’s a solo act she is part of a professional group. it’s mad weird to release a massive google doc on ur personal life when your a vtuber part of a talent agency.
The real takeaway of this incident is so many people don’t understand Vshojo pfff
@@leonmystique9372 Whether VShojo is a talent agency or Vtuber Company does not matter when it comes to public perception.

No, that's just your interpretation.
Having someone's side no matter what, includes staging an intervention should they stray and do something wrong.
It will often feel like betrayal to the wrongdoers and typically met with the response: "I'm on your side, but this is wrong"
What you've implied is a classic 'guilty by association' which is never healthy or rational.
I enjoy discussing choice and interpretation of language used, so please don't take this in bad faith. Thanks
@@bunt15 It's not linguistic it's moral. Some choices and actions make it the right thing to do to no longer be on someone's side.
My guess Vshojo Management was just looking for a good enough excuse to get rid of Froot... though that may be a bit of a stretch...
I mean remember the Nux Taku doxxer situation.
Management was bad back then and still bad today.
That looks just as bad
As for Froot them telling her to take down the Tweet has bad optics just as bad as her leaving it up as it would destroy their branding.

Vshojo's problem isn't talent freedom, but that they have no standards other than noombers and brand name for picking talents. Phase Connect arguably gives more freedom to their girls but they don't even advertise it.

We should focus on that more than whatever this cheating thing is, for many of us where directly harm when we thought we losted our little kettle.
if you dont care then you dont care.but telling people to just disregard cheating of a public figure is a no specially when it was made public.

its because of people like you that people think they can get away with it
@@chrisgaming8846 "get away" she had a messy divorce?

Right now they are farming hateful messages on twitter so that she can say
"The only people who hate me are a bunch of in-cells that think they got ntr'ed, talking about how I cheated when he abused me."
which will swept her transections against silver, henya, ant, and many more under the rug of "jealous in-cell." You and the others who are focused on her cheating close to 10 years ago are helping her win.

@@JohnWittle i *think* its supposed to be "gardening tools" which is trying to say vshojo is a bunch of hoes, which is far from the truth
Yet another reason Hololive is the best agency. They keep private matters PRIVATE, rather than letting talents stir drama.(regardless of intent or if they are in the right or wrong)
Vshojo needs to tell their talents to maintain a more professional presence online to avoid these situations.
@@mayborneflower well i admit i didnt do too much research but it feels kinda bias when you end your information with mutt

*something something... Hololive taught me... something... strict moral code...*

This is why in Hololive Twitter is only used for marketing purposes
As for Froot, given how she left home at 19 to shack up with a guy, and that her sister is now a trans-man.
There still be new simps for her and those who stick to her rollercoaster longer
I get how Kson feels, but maybe when your friend is someone like Froot, you're better off just supporting them behind the scenes and not publicly.
Rushia was ( or still is, idk ) Kson's friend, so ...
Kson is literally a mentally ill roastie
Kson had a very mature and balanced answer. My respect for her actually increased with that tweet and my respect for vShojo decreased for forcing her to remove it.
Kson is bringing in more viewers than Froot... despite being newer than her.
There's also the matter that Kson is Vshojo Japan, with Froot falling under Vshojo. Could easily be dealing with different management
They defended their friend. Not a cheater.
@@Skyte100Well, their friend is a cheater, so there os no difference in public opinion
THere's a point to playing Devil's Advocate, but there are reasons why people aren't the benefit of the doubt.

Stick to the original idea: Protect the talent from being taken advantage of by scumbags.

i sincerely hope Vshojo does not offer to renew her contract, she drags the others down so much, respectable people like Zen who stay out of stuff like this are dragged down by association.
she's a drama magnet, she can't help but repeatedly drag up this situation, then there's the hogwarts drama, and the charity money scandal. she's done so much damage to Vshojo, and although they'll never publicly admit it, you KNOW that Nyanners, Veibae and Silvervale all left partly because of Froot's actions.
i wonder who she'll be allowed to drive out next? Henya? she already got her past vtuber account harrassed, maybe Kson?, maybe she'll snap at Zen's throat for not publicly supporting her post?
she's a rabid dog at this point, dangerous to everyone left, and she's gotta go.
Cheating is never OK regardless of situation.
Everything else you said I agree with
@@Man0War_Loki - I agree she should have left before cheating, but I'm speaking from her personal mindset.

Crazy how people that keep their faces hidden behind avatars are the ones that share their personal lives the most
It's still crazy to me that Froot can post this long ass twitlonger and not be asked to take it down but when KSON makes a comment about it SHE has to take it down while the original long ass document stays up?
@@HRDSalami654 that last part specially is too true sadly
why leave that ambiguous instead of saying you said no?.

Why is it every agency (except maybe Hololive, or to a much lesser extent at the very least) act like high school level of teen girl drama?
