The plaintiff required medical treatment, and he’s suing his brother for the bills, as well as pain and suffering. The defendant claims the plaintiff was intoxicated, and he punched the plaintiff in self-defense.

The defendant must have had some jealousy and hate toward his brother for some time for it to escalate to breaking a bone in his face and KNOWING he’s epileptic.

I got teary eyed when the plaintiff stated that he was “the animal, not me”. The pain in his eyes broke my heart. I wish them the best to heal.
He didn't do that to his brother due to his girlfriend.. that was built up hate and some other strong emotions he had towards him and he used the opportunity with his girlfriend to attack his brother. He is not remorseful and his brother had every right to sue and should press charges. I can't even imagine how the mother felt watching her son attack her other son.

Definitely. The older brother is behaving like the baby of the family. He still lives at home. Old as time story of a Mexican family. The mom pays the bills with her check while son lives there rent free and claims to take care of his mom. She is younger than the judge. She is young enough to take care of herself. I'm sure the older son may have been in trouble as a youth and gave mom a few heartattacks a d may even have been in Juvie and prob drinks a lot. In turn mom babies him etc. The son that actually moves out etc gets the short end. As I said old as time story ( well one of them )of a Mexican family.

The Plaintiff is too funny and I'm glad he got to tell his full story(Judge Judy would have cut off the Plaintiff). I absolutely believe the Defendant could have KILLED his brother if the mother didn't have a "blood pressure episode". The Police report details that the Defendant went insane on his brother's face. The surgeon had to retrieve pieces of the Plaintiff's bones from his Sinus Cavity😮. And, at the end, the Defendant still maintained that the mother was exaggerating because the Plaintiff is "her favorite". Wow.

It’s not always a case of the adult child living off of the parents. Family members can help each other. It can go both ways.
