Thanks for your useful teaching, so I’d like to know how to lift my knees as high as you do?

I like the way you break down a switch round house kick. I am practicing this switch kick and it has so low power. Your method will help me improve my kicks for sure. Thank you so much

Can someone tell me how this man grew shields on the back of his legs like that? Seriously...

Good video but with your switch knee, you return into an awkward position that compromises your balance.

Thank you for the video, im actually taking Muay Thai classes unfortunately, once per week, because my job schedule, definitely would love to attend more!!! Do you have any advice or tips, on some drills, to practice from home, to get better at Muay Thai?? (Heavy bag drills)

Hey! If you're only able to train once a week and the rest at home, I would suggest taking home the lessons learnt from your gym/coach and trying your best to drill them at home - whether its just shadow work or on a bag. Then the next time you're at the gym, you would've improved on what the last lesson was and you'll be able to build from there :) Check out some of our bag workouts and see if the material is similar or in line with that you're currently learning and focusing on - if yes, then great! If it's confusing then I would say stick to the previous suggestion first. Hope that helps!

Hi there we find that if students struggle to lift their knees up high at the start, it is a mixture of learning how to engage the right muscles (hip flexors, core) and also flexibility. Working on your lower abdominal muscles and also stretching daily will help in the range of motion. Hope that was helpful!
