    Welcome back to part 2 of our short series on basic strikes. In response to some comments asking for a more beginner and basic video style, we'll be bringing you several 10 Minute Beginner Shadow Boxing videos. In each video, we'll cover several basic strikes and how you can practice them at home. We'll be looking at single strikes and focusing on improving our technique and balance when executing these strikes solo.

    Just starting out, but I can already see this is a great channel. As a beginner, I get worry about learning bad habits. I don't think is going to happen if I stick with your videos! Thank you very much!

    Yes i live in Boston Massachusetts there is a snow storm right now so i can't go to work today this is perfect for me beginner workout in front of the tv today beautiful
