Sorry, I'd give my nod to Profiler, Brodix, Trickflow, AllPro and SOME of the AFR line. Since Edelbrock shut down their California foundry AFR had to find a new source for their castings....hence why the Enforcer line is imported from China and oddly enough are Dart copies. Most of the Chinese castings are getting better but I still prefer to support the folks here stateside that actually put in the R&D developing the heads.
That's way to much head for 550hp. The 190/195 is more than enough to get you there. Combination is everything for an engine to make good power throughout the rpm range. Not just a peak number. Bigger doesn't always mean better. Weight of vehicle, gearing, converter to get the cam correct is most important to actually use the power you make. You could make 550hp and have a vehicle that feels like it only has 200hp
@@waynebollentin989 Thank you Sir! So which Alumin Head would you recommend for a Chevy 350 Crate Engine with about 350 Horses and a 125 Shot of Nitrous?
Not one single head shown is considered a race head .. All these were 23 degree Valve angle , 2.02 intake is nothing special ... And 200cc intake runner is found on today's street engines... I run a set of 200 cc Rhs cylinder heads on my 14 to 1. 383 sbc and they are by far superior to any castings mentioned..
Anything fully CNC ports/chambers with 2.05 2.08 2.1 inlet valve . Flow is important but not everything . Chinese based heads or those with 2.02 valves don`t flow . The only heads to consider BRODIX,, AFR,, DART , THESE ARE ALL OFF THE SHELF ,, then u have custom heads . For 99% of the list are garbage
Why is this video for 2024 and came out 2 years ago. And the music sucks....Totally suspect AI with a British accent to sound smarter...those seem like good heads though
I had Holley street avenger heads with matching , cam , carb n intake … on my stroker … it performed amazing !!!

AFR all day
Wrong Air flow research (AFR) cylinder heads are the top of the line cylinder heads.
Right. Followed by Brodix
Afr heads are manufactured in china
We all have an opinion, I run an 18* Brodix C-Series head on my street engine so you can guess my choice, AFR #2, for 23* heads i'd agree with AFR.
Air Flow Research are the Best for a good Street Head? Wow! I didn't know that. Thanks guys!🙋🏿♂️
No doubt!
Brodix definitely better than speedmaster. 64cc edelbrock rpm should be 3rd or 4th in my opinion. AFR should be 2nd. 🤷♂️ my thoughts.
AFR makes the very best head for the gen II LT1, I guess the only way to beat the best is, don't invite them to the race.
Wow I don't think I would have picked any of these for a list of the best
What would you pick
A f r all the way
Please tell us more about the best Chevy small block heads of all times called Thunderpower they are 32Valve conversion OHV heads!
What?
What Aluminum Heads would be good for a 350 Engine on the street? That can handle about 550 horsepower?
AFR 227 Competition port

Afr 210 does it easy
@@petercunningham3469 Thank you Sir for 👌🏿
I believe they missed the under $1000. None of these are in the top 5 for quality. Or they are comparing China made only.
Then what's a good Set of Aluminum Heads for a 350 Engine, that can handle about 500 Horsepower?
only one head wasnt garbage. What happened to AFR or Brodix?
AFR uses the dna casting with there own 8mm valves and springs.
@gavinpruden3306 not the eliminator race heads I believe they're cast in edelbrocks foundry
Weird... a top 5 list without any of the top 5? Maybe a Dart, AFR or Trick Flow... ?
Don’t they have opportunities for voice over actors? What’s with the computer voices?? Really dumb.
Are they all Chinese made heads? Except for the Edelbrock.
All these heads except the Eldelbrock are made in China by the same company and are the same design.

This is an algorithm
Wrong a f or eliminator heads or the best top of the line, he got it all wrong
gotta love AI generated rubbish
These type of reviews are totally useless. They are advertisements
This is not based on reality.
Wrong. So wrong
