As a car TH-camr myself I know where your coming from.Its expensive to do mods and sometimes hard to come up with video ideas.Just keep doing what you have been doing and like other commenters said you could try doing vlog style videos and see how that does.

Maybe make a video putting the headliner on the car and its something that is not that expensive and its very informative
$200 isn’t cheap for headliner haha i was going to take care of it later, but i could find one at a junk yard for cheap
