it doesnt affects compression ratio. Higher rpm will increase the wear of engine components like piston and all... so, shorter life of the engine

We shouldn't alter with front teeths as they are more sensitive. If you want then you can do with rear sprocket.

Not worth the trouble and the extra stress on the engine for an extra 3-4 kph. The rev limiter is there to protect the engine from over revving. Do this modification at your peril.
