KTM says RC8 is too dangerous for streets, thus they don’t produce anymore of them. But I believe, later they will relaunch it with same or more powerful engine, packing with more safety features.
These top speeds are not applicable for Indian models, in India the top speeds are different. They are as follows, RC 125 : 115 kmph RC 200 : 135 kmph RC 390 : 179 kmph

The KTM RC 1190RC8 at the end in the fog speeding at 308 km/h with poor visibility! How much reaction time if there was an obstacle on trajectory? Not serious...
One will be at more than 83 m/s at 300Km/h. So for a 2s reaction time you need to have almost 200m of clear visibillity. Its a limit condiction in fact. But still possible and not for everyone without the right prepare.

Yes, I have ridden Duke 390. It doesn't like lower gear and below 60 kmph speed. Engine heats up very easily.
