Such sound teachings cutting to the chase
You can always personalize the our father by inserting the names of the people you have in mind for getting their daily bread, for forgiveness, and your own forgiveness from trespass. This may freshen up your prayer life making it more present and contemporaneous with your and their lives and God's zen like presence. 👍 As Keating says this is an attitudinal transformation.
Now that Fr Thomas is moving towards the end of his time in this life, I feel an enormous awe and gratitude towards him. I have been practicing Centering Prayer for little over 3 years now, and it has turned my life completely around. The wisdom sent to us through Fr Thomas is a path to the healing of humanity.

Upper room cave Jesus is referring to meditation go inward ..... cave -room etc . Such as fig or lotus . Do yourselves a favor look into where JACOB met GOD . 🌲👁. Much ❤️ go inward not using your 5 senses and find GOD guard your HIP . When in meditation contemplation LISTEN 👂🏻. I recommend doing this meditation by a body of water . CAST YOUR NETS TO THE RIGHT 🧠. DEFEAT THE LION ....
