Tzatziki Sauce

Greek Tzatziki sauce. This Greek cucumber yogurt sauce is great with chicken, lamb, beef, just about anything. It also makes a great dip.
Tzatziki Ingredients:
(500 g) plain Greek yogurt (drained)
1 large cucumber
4-5 cloves of minced garlic
2 teaspoons dill
Juice of half a lemon
lemon zest
2 tbsp (30 ml) Garlic & Onion Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp (30 ml) white wine vinegar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
