Hi, I'm Ollie and I make simple, exciting, and inspirational videos about food and cooking. I'm not obsessed with strict obsessive meals that forces you to eat food you don't fancy just to keep healthy. My main objective is to concentrate on three different needs in our every day diet. They include FIBER, HEALTHY FATS and PROTEIN!
THE OBJECTIVE is to keep our calory count to around 2000 to 2200 calories a day. This will help you to maintain your weight that you are comfortable with. If you are wanting to lose weight, then just drop your daily calory amount by around 400 calories a day. this will allow you to lose up to around 1/2 kilo a week or there abouts. Don't expect miracles to happen overnight and there is no need to go hungry!

Always cook your eggs on low heat and never in a microwave. Something to do how the proteins break down.👍
