2:11 I had a trip to an eye doctor to take a piece of metal out of my eye after doing work under the car. Now safety glasses are a part of every trip under the car.

Just a tip on your Nissan oil change, before you put the sump guard back on, lower the car, fill the oil and run and warm up, then check for oil leaks, particularly the filter, if all is good then replace guard. It's common actually. The car is heavy so it wears the brakes when slowing the car down from 120mph+ to 40mph time after time for one 20min session, which you have four of in a day when at the track. The stress it places on the brakes and rotors are tough. So you want to replace them mid life to keep the braking power and confidence at best when tracking. Thanks for watching. Goodnight.

I should have left the oil cover off but I felt I tighten everything up. I did take the car out for a spin after hours and all was well..no leaks lol. I need to get some glasses that work for my face. The ones I have here are horrible. Thanks for watching.
You should put the lift just a little higher so you're not stressing your neck when you slighly kneel down. I know oil changes don't take long but better safe than sorry just an advice from one nicoya to the other ✊✊ Ps. I know it's a hassle but you should wait to put the bottom cover till after you put the oil just in case some thing spills/drips.
The GTR is the only car in the garage that I cannot lift higher. With my GT350 and the ZL1, I can lift it about 6-7 inches more and it's perfect. I can stand full height without stressing my neck. It goes high enough with the GTR to get the M3 under which was the main goal..at least for storage. Good idea on the bottom cover..I should have left it open just in case. Very good point. Sure..for street use. Tracking wears out components like brakes and rotors much faster. The front already has a lip on the outer edge and brake fade is really obvious at the track. Stopping a heavy car like this from 120mph multiple times in a single 20min session is harsh.

Hi, great video. Brilliant to see what you do. Good to see your lift being very useful for you. I have one in my home workshop for doing maintenance, mechanical and body restoration work. I have been making progress on a 1961 Humber Hawk that I have, doing a lot of restoration work taking it from derelict to sound and usable condition again. I do enjoy working on my cars too and I find it therapeutic. I have picked up a lot of skills by learning from my father all my life until he passed away seven years ago. A lot of skills are self taught too by discovering right ways through just seeing how things work and predicting how things should be. TH-cam is also very useful for guidence I enjoy watching you work and seeing your skills. ♥ 😉
It's extremely useful. That is so awesome to restore a car. I know it takes time and it's a process and I hope to one day experience that. I too picked up my basic (lol) early skills from my dad and it's helped. I'm sure the memories and skills have helped you tremendously. I like your videos because you always detail exactly what's involved, where all the screws are etc... I was going to comment on how you always manage to stay so clean while working on your cars. I can't manage to do that myself but then at the end you had a little dirt on your face. LOL :) Another great job!
I'm getting better at explaining, so have some changes before I'm happy with how I explain things. But thanks for noticing. If I skipped the tires, I would have stayed clean. But they were filled with brake dust and dirty lol..so I got dirty haha. Thank you!

I have one in my home workshop for doing maintenance, mechanical and body restoration work. I have been making progress on a 1961 Humber Hawk that I have, doing a lot of restoration work taking it from derelict to sound and usable condition again.
I do enjoy working on my cars too and I find it therapeutic.
I have picked up a lot of skills by learning from my father all my life until he passed away seven years ago.
A lot of skills are self taught too by discovering right ways through just seeing how things work and predicting how things should be.
TH-cam is also very useful for guidence

It's extremely useful. That is so awesome to restore a car. I know it takes time and it's a process and I hope to one day experience that. I too picked up my basic (lol) early skills from my dad and it's helped. I'm sure the memories and skills have helped you tremendously.
