I had almost everyone in my social and professional circles infiltrated by the narcissist. And I have lost all those relationships within a couple of years. It’s absolutely overwhelming and the grief I have felt is heartbreaking. It’s indescribable.

I was the target at my workplace in a State agency in Alabama, and experienced most of these evils. The Narcissist used her Allies gained at my expense to climb up the ladder of professional success.

Stay as far away from them as is humanly possible. Toxicity has no place in a human being's life, EVER. Get educated, be watchful, know what signs to look out for.

My covert malignant narc parent has done all of these things in my other parent's life and my life. Even though the narc is no longer in our lives, they have severely isolated us from people. My narc parent is still able to manipulate our social circles perceptions of us because they are considered so 'trustworthy and dependable' to our circles. It is shocking how calculated they are under the guise of kindness and helpfulness! And it is so difficult to get your life back after they've infiltrated and broken you down!

I just went down this list and checked off nearly every single one of these as how she acted. I was only with her for half of last year before I walked away. She was in the process of trying to isolate me from friends and family when I did finally see her for who she really was and get out of that relationship. It was really hard to do that, and on top of it, I had to see her every day at work (she was a coworker), which allowed her to try and manipulate me back into a relationship..
    I'm still healing.

min 15:43 Infiltrating social circles - mother perfectly used this against my father. Primary with fathers RELATIVES - sisters and wide range of relatives.
Dont let them do it - dominate relations with your people. Your spouse has their own relatives and friends - no need to sneak in and dominate contacts with all your friends and relatives. If it is not possible - get rid of such a dominating partner. I witnessed it and there is something repelling and abnormal in such behavior.

My narc neighbor manufactured a crisis (break-in) in my apartment by a homeless guy, after I cut off contact with him, stopped speaking and interacting with him due to his vicious and abhorrent behavior. His goal was that I reached out to him for help when the homeless guy was banging on my door trying to break-in my apartment. I didn't and handled it on my own.
I threatened the homeless guy that I was going to call the police and called 911, and he left. My narc neighbor was witnessing this incident the entire time and lives less than 10 ft from me.
However, I have no proof that my narc neighbor manufactured this incident, my gut instinct believes he did. It was like a scene out of the Twilight Zone.
    You can't make this up.
    Great Video!

I believe you. I've dealt with a narc neighbor in addition to the ones in my family/divorce. Neighbors aren't discussed as often, but WOW! They can really cause chaos in your life! Each narc will create their own personal brand of it, so I haven't had this exact experience, of course. I simply wanted to support you. It's SO unnerving knowing someone wishes you ill and lives so close. 🙏💜

The tactics I’ve had to withstand from him are horrible but I keep praying for strength and have educated myself into a powerful mindset. Knowing how pathetic he is and has to work to try to keep me in line makes me smile because I know my escape is coming one day I’ll be mentally free of him

4:03 That made me think about this differently. You know those circumstances where the obvious just gets missed? You know when, you see one character going all out for everybody, being the solid advisor for people, lending money, giving help, time, almost bending over backwards to help them. But when a problem pops up in the family/marriage/union, we sometimes see the very cheap gas light narrative come into play. So now, a situation where family/friends are supposed to be supportive in every sense of the word, but instead all you get is doubt, stress, confusion, and panic. All because nobody noticed all the good qualities of the victim. So as the abuser attempts to make the victim look insane, nobody fixes it or supports the person, because they only noticed your flaws n fears. They know what gets to you. 🤢🧠💯so I see that as being positively disturbing.” 😬🙏💯”of course on the bright side bad feelings aren’t a state of being, but they do stink. I really relate to that kind of story. Meaning, the instant real time cues from the abuser hurt, but the bad attitude from people you thought you could trust is worse in a way.” 😌

Depends upon whom the "Targets" are & whether they've not a history of Courtesies? Strangers whom are concerned about this are merely against the subjects communicating. Success Saboteurs are arguing that the victims are ambitious; this argument is no longer valid once the victims become content...

Min.9 chaos. - Could it also be demand to sell co-owned properties? Several at the same time.
Mother has no need for money she is soon 80. But as a co-owner she feels troubled that I use f.ex. families summerhouse. So I literarly have to sell the existing and buy another nearby instead so I hope to win peace. But there are other properties where she tries to cultivate the same feeling. She is 80 but she still tries to play the captain of a ship, where she is a guest same as me. Dad earned them.
I have a feeling that it is a never ending principal - just not to let live in peace. So I hope such acts of separation - sell and buy a new one - will help.

nice one Jill - you'll make a bad video one day but it's a while off...😃
I had to laugh earlier this year when I found that thousands of e-mails had been trawled through by a resident narcopath in my life - the aim was actually to manufacture a 'trouble situation' they could then 'rescue' me from.
Unfortunately for him they found nothing incriminating - and then the guy he got to do the trawl coughed when we ran into each other in a bar (guilty conscience I suspect).
These ghouls will literally engineer a crisis they can then 'help you out of' to induce gratitude. Sinister is not the word...
