@Anthony Bodanza - Great video. I haven't reached the stage of ungating on AMZ yet. Based upon what I've watched / read in comments to such videos, the process tends to go smoothly (usually on the first try) so long as the AMZ account is at least 2 years old. Is your account aged at least 2 years? Also, are you now ungated to sell Nike and/or Adidas *SHOES* although your invoice is for clothing? For many resellers, even being ungated for athletic ware could be a big boost but shoes are where the $$$ seems to be. TIA.
i have submitted in nike 20 times. i dont have much selling history. only 1 time has it stayed pending review for a whole 24 hours which was then rejected. every other time i get rejected almost instantly. any suggestions please.
Keep trying Make sure your following Amazon guidelines and should go through. Sometimes it takes repeated try's. Also make sure you are using an INVOICE, if your paper work says receipt or customer receipt on it (Don't use it First Cover those words up with Whiteout) But its best to have a Invoice

Academy went paperless in 2022 apparently. Might be able to figure out a way to make their website version work but doesn’t have return address or email address of academy on it.
gating is anoying I found a product at the dollar store buy cost 3$ sell after fee was around 22$ but I was gated it sold lots and there were tons at the dollar store

I tried this with Academy. It doesn't work. They don't use your business name on the emailed receipt and it's not an invoice.

I have seen this before. It depends on how many times that item sells a month and how many united that supplier is selling.

So you only submitted the receipts and not real invoices and it worked? That’s my issue now is trying to get an actual invoice

Yes once your ungrated for any brand....you can pretty much selling any item under the brand name....unless it's considered hazardous......

If your using Academy you really don’t have to worry about making profit because couldn’t you just return it to the store.
Thought about that same thing. Order 10 of what ever send the invoice to Amazon and wait on Amazon to ungate you. Academy has a 60 day return policy.
