FJ40 Floorboard Repair, Hammering, Chiseling, Hammering, Chiseling, Sweaty Hairy Dudes Welding

So, my floor was rusty. Under the driver seat and around the toolbox, it was rusted all the way through. I reached out to Ryan Apple to walk me through the basics on how to replace the floor and weld in a new piece.
Thanks to Brandon at Classic Cruisers I had a quality replacement part. I can believe how much hammering, chiseling, grinding and cutting we did. In the end, it was far from perfect, but it’s extremely solid. And no rust. Special thanks to all who have helped. Please like share and subscribe!
