After 3-5 days social anxiety and depression are gone confidence through the roof, feel so much stronger working out etc. everyone should give it a try you got nothing to lose everything to gain. Watching other men is actually making me gay 3. I must eat healthy and eating gives you thought 4. I must perform fasting to prevent myself from it 5. Just found this video in recommendation and it stopped my urges and gave me some realization
1. It is really disgusting to watch other men doing sekss and enjoying it
2. Watching other men is actually making me gay
3. I must eat healthy and eating gives you thought
4. I must perform fasting to prevent myself from it
5. If you want to destroy it from the root you should stop listening to any kind of music and stuff like everything that gives you dopamine
7. I must replace this habit with other things

Fast one day, eat the next day. Allah will open All doors for you بإذن الله

I want to quit porn man it's ruined my life, I'm a muslim by the way. My dad used to watch it heavily, and once he taped it over a cartoon VHS tape. I ended up seeing that tape when I was 8 years old. Ive been addicted ever since I'm 27 years old. I don't want to want to go into 2024 and waste another year. I've been depressed forever.
Dude one of the best ways to quit it is to either pray when you feeling like doing it and if you still feel like doing it then pray again until your not horny anymore and another way is i dont think they allow only for dtugs or alcohol addiction but the way is to go rehab say you have addiction and they will stop you
