I don't know about this one. Maybe GenZ as a while has a shifted set of values, but the ones who actually go into consulting understand the culture and responsibilities.

That's a great point. We agree, the subsample of GenZ that joins consulting is not representative of the entire group. That being said, we still observed a change in recent years. It's much more common that a new joiner insists on going to Yoga class in the evening, when we didn't even dare to ask such a thing in a stressful week. In our experience, mindsets have shifted over the last 2-3, compared to someone who joined 10 years ago. Do you want to share your personal experience? Did you see any change in mindest over the past couple of years?
