Great Charity from Liberty soup run and Paul and Danny from #KoldTurkey. I am a recovering addict myself with experience of the hostels and being homeless , I am not anymore thank God and I am a busker on the Dublin scene. If the Guy's at Liberty soup run are ever holding a benefit night for the homeless or for anything that's going towards helping the soup run etc...I would be glad to play and sing a few tunes towards helping out in anyway , God bless and best of luck...!! I was burnt out...i could always stop using but could never stay stopped , until 4 years ago... ill cover it all soon on the heroin chronicles blog ..thanks for the support

Your talking about opening a Treatment centre here . Do you not think there's enough treatment centres. What these guys need are their own place not another religious institution. Its conmemtable what your doing fair play. My idea, get these humans their own roof . Good one P, T,
I hear ya bro ...but that was Chris's dream to have a center that would prepare people for reintergrating with society because many of them have not only no home or structure, but have addiction problems as well... either way what an inspirational man, he grafts every day on a building site and then hits the streets for 4 or 5 hours, all off his own bat... i really think he and his uncle Fran are the true heros of this city
Most people want their own home that's a given. I believe that's where the energy should be directed. Any help is appreciated when your down. There are ample centre's to cater for people with addiction issues. Why would you think we need another one with another religious twist . It become a business. Here we go again. I admire anyone helping the homeless it's not easy and sometimes thankless, but rewarding. Let's keep it where it's needed, on the ground.

8:02 that's Donal who died in the canal in the exact same spot as this video was taken this was taken over three years ago and still wasn't housed. Donal was a good soul and may he rest in peace 🕊️
