The Major problem is the tranq (Zylezine) it rots the flesh and loss of limbs is very common plus naloxone cant reverse the tranq, cant get to rehab if you have tranq burns also they do not know how to treat the tranq addiction! as you know a benzo withdrawal is far worse than a rattle off Brown. Good stuff Pauly! I am 13 yrs clean from a Benzo,white and brown addiction.

@@KoldTurkeyThe two of them are often mixed. Those shots of people mega goofing are most probably on the potent benzo fentanyl mix.

With all of the economic and logistical benefits of fentanyl for dealers, it makes you wonder why it hasn't taken hold over here already. Maybe the long established networks responsible for production and distribution of heroin from Afghanistan to Europe take measures to keep their hold on the market.
That exactly what i think is going on...wait till the taliban or political change makes heroin scarce and watch how quickly they switch their game up
