What a beautiful truck. Was not even aware of the trim level above LTZ. Can't wait to see these on the road!
I'm amazed that so many people want to pay extra for a painted bumper... The chrome is so much easier to take care of over time, it doesn't chip like paint, it looks pretty BA when it's muddy, and it will be cheaper to replace. I feel like the high country trim should've been a package like the all star package, but then again I think GM really wants something to compete against all these other "tough western styled named" trucks, but this one just doesn't seem special like Ram's or Ford's western trims.
Beautiful truck, excellent review
It DOES have built in Navagation. I have this exact truck so I would know
Add a supercharger
Beautiful truck
This is an amazing truck
Steve -- which of the high end half-ton trucks seem to be the best? (This one, GMC Sierra Denali, Ford F-150 Limited, Toyota Tundra 1794, or Ram 1500 Laramie).
can you only get high Country with brown leather?
Is it a true 4x4 system or an AWD setup like the GMC Denali?
True
This is a gorgeous truck don't get me wrong but paying more for painted bumpers doesn't make sense to me.
Are front 40/20/40 seats an option?
NO SUCH THING AS THAT IN A LUXURY TRIM LOL!!😂
Halogen in 2015? No way where is gmc led drl
$50k+ truck and it doesnt have true navigation?? That to me is ridiculous! If im going to pay that much for a truck, I want it to at least have a map laid out for me, not that onstar crap
It has full blown navigation too, that was just a demo of onstar nav and satellite radio simultaneously.
you can see the navigation button on the screen.
Oh I see. Thank you for letting me know! I thought that it was a little strange that it didnt have the full nav.
PVvikings33 You know what, this exact truck is not equipped with the full blown nav. That's rare to me, My LTZ has everything this truck has minus the driver alert package (which i didn't want anyways.) but i do have the full function nav.
I just can't take Trucks costing as much as a Corvette.
4SHO421 my truck costs more than a Ferrari. Depends on the truck
Who in the world would want that tiny ass bed?
comes wth optional 6.6 box
😪😪
No Navigation? My freaking Walkie Talkie has Navigation. This irritates me... They put it in the SPARC, but my 2LT Equinox doesn't have it and the High Country doesn't have it. EVERYONE is putting Navigation into it - WTF is wrong with Chevy?
It's available; and also with the Chevy Silverado (and twin GMC Sierra) has OnStar.
Onstar doesn't show you a map. It shows you an arrow. It's lame as hell. At the price point - Navigation should be included.
GM = Government Motors. Not surprised. They don't care if YOU know where you are as long as THEY know where you are. They probably listen to you through Onstar should they deem you a domestic terrorist for your FB and Twitter posts. LOL
That's why I always recite Anti-Government Rhetoric and play Rush Limbaugh all the time while Driving.
George Hill I kinda said that by being silly. I agree with you -- I think if you're spending $50k+ for a truck, I think all the luxury items including navigation should be standard and don't forget smart key (aka push-button start).
14 mpg? lol
that's just city and for a 6.0 gas V8 moving nearly 5.5 thousand pounds that's not bad
Brandon Kipp 6.2**
That's not bad for a 5500 hundred pound truck
Those chrome rims are so hideous. This is not 1990s.
😭😭😭😭😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
