Hey Chant, That is game changer for you! Always nice when you can use a machine to do something instead of having to do it buy hand, in your case 3 shovelers. I am sure it will wear a little prematurely getting it so close to the concrete, but a new cutting blade is still cheaper that having 3 extra people. I would bet that you get more accounts, once people see just how nice of a job you are able to do with that set up.
What a great set up! I own a Bobcat 463 (same thing) and have a blower for it as well. You should show footage of how far it will blow like 5"-6" of fresh snow. then the doubters will see how great it is. I also for mine had a light weight 60" bucket made for those 5' sidewalks and a 5' snow pusher. It was a landpride and i adapted it to fit! I am up to 9 attachments for and they all work great on there. its the perfect sidewalk machine or homeowner (Mine is used at home) machine. the size of that s 70 that blower would be way better than pushing i seen that coming from the thumb nail pick i have a sub compact tractor with rear blade on 3 point wish i could see a blower being a good buy but for no more snow we deal with here i can not see dumping 4 to 5 k for a blower
This was a great move on your part this S70 like you said eliminates 3 shovels and countless high cost hourly pay . What you save on labor over the next few years will definitely pay for most of this equipment and put $ in your pocket .
Chant, please check your cutting edge for wear, they wear very fast on sidewalks, it starts wearing into the blower housing, just want to save you some $$$$
I'll echo the wear warning. My stuff is pretty light weight and wears fast. I almost wore into the bolt holes which would make attaching a new wear bar difficult. A new wear bar might be a good thing to have on hand.

All you get from employees is why they CANT show up for work when you need them most. It's going to be less stressful on you. I know, I've been doing snow removal services up in Saskathewan Canada for 30 years. Great investment. Keep up the hard work and never give up!!!
