Make videos of purchasing a home to flip, home to remodel, just anything not based about how much money you have. Not trying to break windows with stones but I don't think alot of ppl on youtube want to hear about how rich ppl are. They like seeing someone who can buy something cheap and then make a big return on it. This video puts you both in a video trying to save money which ppl love saving money and make something nice and that will make the most money.

When two notorious stalkers finally meet ;) Seriously, I've seen worse - much worse. A work colleague back in the day bought an inner city townhouse that wasn't fit for human habitation, but to his credit he and his wife just rolled up their sleeves and replaced every termite-ridden plank in that dump. Today I doubt they would even have been allowed to walk through the front door for risk of falling straight through the floor, but they had the attitude that as long as they had a toilet /shower and a bed, nothing was impossible. Very few young Aussies are willing to take anything like that on as a 'renovate as you go' proposition any more. Thanks for the vid.

Turn the whole property 90 degrees. Sliding entrance is the middle into the dining with living and kitchen and bedroom on either end maybe even 2 bedrooms on one side and master on the other.
Fyi I think I can definitely show Grahm a few different, but still modern contemporary look, ways to do what he wants but save a nice amount of money.
