I am 78 years old and before the pandemic my legs started to feel flabby like spaghetti. I went to the doctor and he told me it was a lack of circulation and he gave me medicine that didn't help. I continued with the problem. I told my daughter about it and she said that I was missing exercise. I went for a walk and I didn't like it. The pandemic arrived, I didn't go out anymore and then I saw Walk at Home on my cell phone and I started doing the exercises, my legs started to gain strength, since then I do my walking exercises at home twice a day before breakfast and before meal I started with 5 minutes and now I exercise for 15 minutes. Thank you so much.
I'm 69yrs old, obese, and gained more due to foot fracture and then knee replacement surgery. I don't know why I stopped using her series, but I am so glad I found all of my old videos, and will stream more. I am starting with the one mile walks, and will increase from there. Rain, snow, or summer heat, I can do them in the privacy of my home. No excuses:) Loving it.

Thank you so much for this walking and strengthening exercise. I used your waling videos until I injured my leg at the gym two years ago. The Dr. gave me the ok to start exercising again . I will be 71 next week, and found difficulty walking until using this program again. Keep up the good work. It is greatly appreciated. Trying to get my daughter to use. Karen, if you see this. Hi Leslie, I have just started your walking at home fitness workouts. I'd just like to thank you for giving me the motivation to start doing exercise again. During this recent Lockdown in the UK, where I have had to work from home, I have become anxious about going out but I knew I needed to exercise. I selected your workouts and, I can tell you, I am finding my way back into it. I'm 61, with Rheumatoid arthritis and asthma so I know how important it is for me to stay active. I've just finished day 3 of walking with you (a different session each time) and I'm feeling proud of myself. Thank you once again.
Just got back from my Drs. I am doing good at age 62 but lots of arthritis. I was riding a bike and decided that wasn't doing it for me so I found you on Utube! Dang I love you and your group. I always love finding new workouts on this channel. I am so impressed that I finally lost weight, my legs are smaller, and my endurance is so much better. I do other workouts, but I do walking the most out of anything, so I think it's all attributed to that. Thanks for such a fun channel that gets us moving and gets or keeps us healthy
Leslie's walking miles are magnifique! She has a wonderful personality for the role - and I am fussy, as I used to teach aerobics myself many years ago in Australia (back in UK now). I would call them normal clothes - something we all wear while working out for ourselves and not for social media. It just struck me that maybe I follow her for the same reason - she's approachable because she wears normal clothes, celebrates all kinds of bodies, makes you feel inclusive and her exercises are easy to pick up by people of all ages!!

I had both my knees replaced, right one, oct, 17, left, feb 18, I am also 125 lbs down, I am 55,
I am 60 years old- started leslie's workout in July 2022 (weight 93kg). By February 2023 came down 73kg!!Came down to size 14 from size 24!!

these workouts are just perfect before work! I do 9-10 hour days and these are perfect to get my blood moving

I developed cardiac issues after covid infection and this is the first exercise program that is just for me, is super easy and mild
