- While it may seem like a guessing game at first glance, there are practical ways to start a match. Similarly, there are ways to optimize the usage of your invincibility when getting off the respawn platform. Find out about both of these in this video.

As a Palu player myself, no, not really. Teleports usually have quite a bit of lag at the end. Not too much, but if you get predictable with it, you will be punished. We can also teleport cancel, but the opponent can anticipate that and punish us for it. It’s not a bad option at all, but it can be punished if you do it too much.

As a Ness main, I start almost all matches on a stage with a platform by sending a PK Thunder right below their platform before dropping myself. This surprises them (usually too fast for them to react) and keeps me out of range from most projectiles (I don't go to tourneys, so if I did I would definitely need to mix this up more but it's a good starting move for online play).

@@filthycasul1804 imo editing a comment usually means you either wanted to add something, or there was a typo from autocorrect or whatever it may be. It has nothing to do with intelligence and may actually prove the opposite, that editing your comment means you are putting more thought into making it turn out the way you want it to.
Bransbow might be a problem when they have a move like bucket but it’s fine since it’s a bit hard to react to and unpredictable.

Good video, but that Mario Kart Wii music put it on another level.
An up smash after dropping down from the halo platform can catch opponents off guard. It’s a common habit for people to jump over you after respawning, so an up smash can work. If your opponent stays at the corner after taking a stock a great callout could be dropping down, running towards them and reading their jump with an anti-air or aerial (some people like to double jump so keep that in mind). This works well for jump-happy opponents. If they like to roll, expect them to roll past you when pressuring them during the halo period and counter as necessary. You’d be surprised by the extra damage you’ll net by doing this.

Video Idea: When I go to tournaments, I go 0-2/1-2 , but I have all really close games. What are some tips in closing out stocks/games. A mindset, positioning, or win condition guide would be amazing.
I think a video on how to get into your opponent's head emotionally would be nice and how to capitalize on it would be cool (in other words, how to tilt your opponent)

Rob down b off battlefield platforms at the start will hit you if you try to fall through straight away. The hit box is just below the platform. You should just wait a second for it to pass you by as ROB is also stuck on the platform during this time. Just shield if he shoots a laser as it doesn't do much shield damage and it'll be a few seconds before he can shoot another one.

Im a zss main, and if i start on a platform, i run off and zair. If they drop through and i hit the zair, i dash grab, and forward through(cant spell). Then i flipkick. If they jump while offstage... they die. Easiest zero to death in the game. Doesnt work on heavys tho!

I was against a gannon i was lucina....we both droped from the platforms when the announcer said go we both stood still until a minute go's by
So I'm a mewtwo main and when I start a match one of the things I do is drop down and charge my shadowball or I'll throw a couple but when ever I play Mario I have trouble with him he will also drop down and start throwing those fireballs which I either reflect or will shoot a shadow ball to kill the fire ball but then he will always rush me and either just and try to land a fair I think it's his aerial where he spins which I shield and then use nair which works sometimes but sometimes it's not fast enough and he will grab me and combo me and I can't stop it what should I do
Edit watching this video answered my own question lol instead of dropping down with Mario when he does to shoot his fire balls Im gonna try to jump off the platform and hit him with a fair or jump off and tomahawk if he shields when I jump off
