      I do warm breakfasts.
      Believe in daily morning bowels are so important throughout day. I too am balancing ayurveda with yoga. YOU KNOW! Ayurveda just comes as a need to be done when you become regular with yoga already 🙂!

    I do use a warm wash cloth to wake my face up in the morning. It’s winter now though and it helps keep me warm too

    I'm starting at ayurveda practices, talking to an ayurveda specialist. She gave me a prescription and I was so overwhelmed.... until I saw you vídeo. It has everything (and a bit more) my ayurveda doc said to do, in a such practical and easy way. Thank you for sharing!

    I really enjoyed your video.
    I came across ayuverda this past January but due to distractions I haven't started. I have released so much of my thought patterns and slowly been moving to my health goals(body,mind&spirit).

    Hello, I am new here. Thank you for this video. I studied oriental philosophies at University years ago, and I started to use ayurvedic remedies too. My Doctor advised me "Nasyamap oil"(to clean the nose, breath better and oxygenated the brain), and "drynomap" for detox. These are just some example. Thank you again.

    Hey I love your routine❤ BUT I want to say that please do oil pulling before brushing cause it will remove oil and the bacterias from your mouth. This is a very ancient practice in India. I hope you understand. Lots of love from India

    I came across your video first time. And its a Very good one.. just be mindful of couple of things please as you are influencing others. Lemon on empty stomach everyday isn’t good if done for long time .. specially when you are a pitta body . Secondly as per ayurveda you should not mix fruits with anything else .

      Thank you for sharing your point of view. I drink something warm every day, hot lemon water is just one example I chose to share in this video. The beautiful thing about Ayurveda is that it recognizes the uniqueness in everyone. What works for one person may not work for another. As with anything, take what resonates and leave what doesn’t🙏

    Thank you for sharing this. Do you dry yourself off after your shower (following dry brushing) before doing oil massage, or do you apply oil on wet skin? Thank you

      I lightly pat my skin dry so it's still slightly damp when I apply oil. Hope this helps!

    Soothing video ❤ How long does your routine take? I’m following Ayurvedic practices under a doctor’s care and find my mornings are long. I’ve always practiced longer meditations (used to be 60-90 minutes, now 30-45 with breathwork). I also have other exercises to do for health reasons and there doesn’t seem to be anything I can reduce in duration or frequency. If you have any insights, please let me know. ✨🙏🏼

      I understand you completely! My mornings are also packed with habits that I don't want to give up. But sometimes they can be hard to fit in all at once. I find it helpful to combine habits, like oil pulling while I'm doing something else, or to alternate them, like dry skin brushing every other day. Hope this helps❤️

    You should try oil pulling before brushing your teeth. Lemon water is overrated.
