Laptop hotspot will provide internet connection for your phone.
I have this same TP. It worked pretty well to start with, but it died overtime to 0.5 mbps upload and download. Ping turned to average 2000ms. Is there a way to fix that?
It might not be your TP wifi adapter. 1) It could be a bad USB port on your desktop or laptop. Try switching USB ports. 2) You might be to far away from you wifi router to get a strong signal. Try moving closer to your router. 3) You might be having your wifi router channel being step on by another wifi router near by (neighbors wifi router) and reducing your speed. I figured it out, when may people are using the wifi the dongle recieves less signal so you get decreased performance, so keep excess devices off. My pc is displaced 6 metres away from the router and it it fine, but sometimes it absolutely crashes, as the dongle doesn't support aggressive wifi usage.
Mine is 2.4GHz windows 10 it doesn’t support 5g speed Internet ! Can I be able to solve my connection problem by this adapter ??

Can this provide a bluetooth connection? Or the wireless goes only for wifi connection?

I bought a tp link usb adapter and it isn’t good for gaming because the WiFi on it crashes every 3 minutes for a couple of seconds and it’s nothing to do with my WiFi

It's plug and play. And yes you will also need to connect to a wifi router to access the internet.

This is plug and play. No need to use CD unless you are using a very old Windows version.
Do you need a plugin or read the disk to make this work ?
All that you need to do is simply plug it into a USB port and it will automatically install itself and work.
