Anyone wondering about this tape. I used the same tape to install wind deflectors on a Honda ST 1300. They would not come off a couple years later without damaging them.
That's exactly why we have not and will not cut costs on tape. NOTHING BEATS THE 3M TAPE!
Please please please create a 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 (SLT) refreshed cayenne front and rear bumpers!!!!! I foresee chrome deletes on the new SLT’s as quite popular.
We currently don't have plans to do the fronts for the 2022 GMC Sierra. However, the rears should be the same as the Chevy Silverado. Unfortunately, we won't be color matching them at this time but you could always get them in Paintable ABS and have them sprayed by your local shop!

Is there any problems with the adhesive coming off or loose after multiple car washes?
Hey Kurt! Not at all. In fact, we encourage proper cleaning and maintenance as you would with any vehicle!
We use automotive grade 3M tape. The adhesive is designed to become stronger over time rather than weaker. However, if you ever have an issue we encourage you to contact us!
Will these work on the non chrome bumpers, the plain black?
The front bumpers are a slightly different shape, so unfortunately, they won't fit. However, the rears will work just fine. The Grille Surround should be just fine as well.
We use automotive grade 3M tape to stick the Shellz on.
If you decide to take the grill surround off will the adhesive come off the original chrome
There will be some residue left over, but you can easily clean it off with a little rubbing alcohol and some elbow grease! But keep in mind that these are not designed to be removed easily. The longer they are on, the harder they will be to get off and you'll likely crack or snap them completely.

Is there anything you sell to close the sensor hole on front bumper shells? Accidentally ordered the ones with the sensors
Hi Patrick. According to my records, you ordered the Silver Sky Metallic and it says you do NOT have Sensor holes.
This could have been done by someone else on our team who saw your comment here or perhaps you called or sent an email. In any event, you are currently set to receive your BumperShellz without sensor hole cut-outs.

How will these hold up over time? Any issues with color fading or cracking from recent versions?
We've been in business since 2012. We only ever hear about our parts falling off after collisions, if they're installed properly.
They shouldn't crack under normal conditions like weather. And we have NEVER had anyone tell us they faded.

Will the tape hold up to going through a car wash
Great question! We recommend only using a touchless car wash with our products. Those brush machines are no joke!
We also recommend only taking your truck to the car wash after 72 hours has passed since you did your install. This will allow the adhesion promoter and 3M tape to adhere together properly.
Any plans for the new Tundra??
We sure do! Can't give you a timeline, unfortunately, but we will get the new Tundra parts made as fast as we can!

How does this hold up to a car wash?
Pretty well! We ask that you only go to a touchless car wash and only after your Shellz have been installed for 72 Hours.
don't get a vehicle with chrome, then you wouldn't have to incur expenses to do this.
The trucks that have chrome on the dealer lot are usually far less expensive. Our products bridge the gap between a great truck that's more affordable and a great truck that has an extra $10k price tag because they added something that you'll never use and deleted the chrome.
