- The Tundra Tow Rig gets all its chrome deleted. I install TRD Pro headlights and grill. Also, the chrome bumper corners are vinyl wrapped!

What offfsset are your Fuel Krank Wheels? And which ones did you get 20x9?
I did a chrome delete as well. New grill and bulge but I used plasti dip on my bumper ends. 30 bucks and about 3 hours total including dry time between coats. Turned out great on my black Tundra. Time will tell if it holds up.
I thought about that but ultimately wanted grey corners.
when you ordered the new grille did it come with trim around it thats usually chrome i have that on mine and i hate it and cant find replacement chrome delete trimaround grille
Yes, it comes with the color matched surround but the part attached to the hood (hood buldge) is separate. You need both to delete all the chrome on the grille!

ncurc 97 love them! They did come on the truck, so I don’t have much to compare. I had a 05 tacoma and 03 tundra that did not ride as nice. Super compliant and it does not nose dive at braking or sway around turns, yet not super stiff either. Wow do I some like a commercial?! What are you considering?

What year is your truck? Would that TRD pro headlights fit on a 2018?
Its a 2014. I believe all 2014-2021 will fit, however, depending on LED vs. halogen a jumper harness may be needed!
What style color code of wrap is that? Cuz in the link you provide in the description the color looks a bit different.
Hey @Joe S. Yes, that is the correct vinyl. The pic looks off but it’s the closet color to mgm we can get. Make sure to get the high gloss not matte. Did you call a pro for a price?

What year is your truck? Would this TRD pro headlight fit on a 2018?
Mine is a 2014. All 2014+ headlights will bolt up, however, the wiring may be different as some are LED and/or have different running lights. Pre made harnesses are available online!
So what do you do with the old parts after the upgrades? Just keep them as backup?
Selling off old parts is ideal for space and money! I usually hang on to bumpers as they get damaged more often then I would like.
I really like your changes on the Tundra. It looks nice. You know, I wonder why, Toyota puts ton of chrome on the front grille? It looks so ugly. Lol.

Yes, you absolutely can! I figured with the cost of vinyl and the several hours it would take me, I was better off spending the $200 on the painted one.
How mych is it if you get it done professionally???
I have herd people paying $400-$500 for just the four bumper corners. The vinyl cost me about $100. But it took many hours to complete.

They sell it by the foot and the rolls are 5 ft tall. I bought 10ft long by 5 ft high. If that makes sense. People say about 50-60 sq.ft. Is good for all four bumpers and some extra Incase you have to redo one! Not ez but I love the way it looks. Best of luck 👍

It’s available at any Toyota dealership. Online is usually cheeper, but shipping can get you. I got mine from Toyota of cool springs with free shipping on Black Friday. Don’t forget the bulge is separate!

@@theangrycamper does your have the radar sensor in the grill? This grill will work without the sensor. Newer pros have a sensor in the grill but it’s a different style grill. Research Roman on tundras.com he has very detailed parts pics and numbers.

I wish I could have saw how the rear bumper section was removed. I’ve been searching all over TH-cam
The top plastic piece comes off, look underneath for the clips to squeeze, and then a few bolts on each corner.
@@RoadPatina Thanks. I’ve got to replace my drivers side rear bumper piece. I was hoping it was one piece but Toyota and spark parts both said it was 3 pieces. So I assume the entire piece of plastic has to come off the replace one section.

Are these the 0 offset wheels?
The Methods are +25 offset. The 0 offset wheels stick out further 25mm. Google images for the difference. I did not like how much 0 pokes out. I do not recall what the offset on these black fuel wheels were.

@@RyanJohnson-dh2ey I dont recall what the offset on the old wheels were. BTW if your running close to a 35in tire with 0 offset you will need to chop the cab mount.

so from the very beginning, do not buy a Subaru, requires much work, not like the commercials which say they are reliable!
Modified cars need attention. Stock is a much better story!
All that work to do a chrome delete only to have rims that are not solid black. 🤦
