I use these in my commuter bike, been running around with one in the tyre for months, never had an issue & holds pressure just fine..... sure i wouldn't do a track day with one but im a big fan of them.

My local bike shop took 12 days to obtain a new tyre, so a plug would have allowed me to continue riding in the meantime, had I been aware.
