    Hi Dimitri. Great video again. Glad your'e still enjoying your H6. We are in to our 4th week of ownership and love it so far. My wife drives it most of the time and it did take her awhile to get used to the different transmission operation style. I must admit it was new to me as well. I'm used to the torque converter doing the job. I think she has finally got the idea now. If not, we'll be up for a repair job one day! I showed her how to disable the ELK assist before she starts her journey. Well, take care of yourself. I hope your TANK sits in your driveway soon. Cheers, Chris. Sunny Coast.👍🙂

    Hi Dimitri, I got Lux 3 weeks ago and loves it.. Jumping from corolla sedan into this car was like I got into truck.. It is well build and of good quality. Only thing Im still struggling is when taking off turbo charger kick in and I find it soo hard to keep on speed limit.. Might get used to it later as I use car.. I did switch off main ELK off but still comes on when cruise controll is in use.. I just ignore warning bip and keep driving my way.. I got 2k kms on mine as was demo model but definetly drives well.. On freeway at 100kmh looks like its standing in place, handling very well.. Definetly good car for city or county roads.. Will reccomend to other people as well..

      H6 is a great car, as I said many times. It's the switch to novated lease and sale after 1 year that hit me hard in terms of depreciation. But if you plan to drive this car into the ground, I'd say the value is still unbeatable.

    Thank you for your reviews. I have watched a few. We are on a hunt for a new family car. We have 3 kids. Putting aside most of the needs and wants we are looking for in a car, What i have struggled to find in any review videos within the cars we're looking at, is the car seat in the middle to show the room on the sides. I have a 13, 11, and 3 year old. So the 3 year old sits in the middle. So, I'm trying to make sure the kids have the room in the back with the carseat in the middle. We do get the kids to sit in the back most of the time when looking at cars but its not ideal to carry the car seat around too 😅

    • @ValueCarsAU
      @ValueCarsAU  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey welcome to the channel. With three kids and one is a teenager, I'd say you need plenty of room at the back AND room for storage if you plan to travel all 5 of you somewhere... So, I wouldn't recommend a standard 5 seater SUV and you're be better off researching 7 seaters (just to have more room at the back and fold the rear row for extra storage), or take a look at a family wagon such as Subaru Outback or even something like Honda ZR-V. Your standard 5 Seater SUV like Haval H6 might fit the budget, but I think it would get a little packed if you travel with the whole family on a regular basis.

    My Haval H6 is already 10k kilometers, and I still love it. I feel the intelligent cruise control makes long trips much less tiring than having to control every aspect of driving myself. In vacations, we usually take it for 500-kilometer trips or longer, even 1 thousand, and it is, by far, less tiring than the same trip in my old Changan CS35 MT. I love the size of the trunk, I mean, it fits all my stuff when going out for vacations. It is a little bit scary, anyway, how easily it builds up speed. If you don't look at the speedometer you can't simply tell what speed you're driving at. It is so smooth that you can't even feel small bumps on the road.

    • @ValueCarsAU

    I have Haval H6 Ultra Hybrid which also has reached 5000km. I'm, not a fan of the widgets/menus in the head unit, too easy to accidentally drill in and open sub-menus. Screen real estate is wasted in UI design and the head unit and driver instrumentation font are too small. I'm getting awesome performance and fuel economy. I did 6l/100km over 920km with 54L this fortnight AROUND town on 91 RON! I'm very happy with the car. I am starting to think I'd go for a Tank 300 Hybrid for better seats and more dash buttons so not dependent on the media centre for basic AC/Seat Heating functions. I have an old Prado for offroad, maybe I could have gone to one car with Tank 300 instead of H6.

    I have done 7000km in my Haval H6 Lux and so far had no problem with the Android Auto satnav connection. I hope I never do as I use it often when travelling. I enjoy Spotify while driving on long trips and that works well also. Reasonably comfortable ride with good peripheral vision. The seats get very hot in the Summer climate, so probably seat covers are essential. Would be a good selling point if they were fitted standard. So far so good. Good value for money.

    Hi Dimitri and everybody else, I have a 2023 H6GT ultra, I have had the usual trouble with connection of my phone to the android auto USB port. the problem appears to be a sensitivity to USB cables.
    Some work properly some dont, it pays to try a few.
    I now have bought a Carsifi wireless android connector, The unit plugs into your USB port and wirelessly connects to your phone where ever it is in the car, I just lay mine on the charge pad, when I first got it I used the supplied cable, even "it" did not connect properly, so I tried another cable I had sitting around at home and it has worked perfectly since then.
    the only time I get a drop out is when I am near somewhere with a strong radio transmission ie: Perth airport or major road works.
    All manual and verbal commands to the phone work, calls, messaging, Waze, Google Maps, Spotify etc.
    Its around $130 AUD, just "google" it. Cheers Brian in Western Australia

    Very nice video, thanks for the honest review! I am considering to buy the H6, can you please answer me the following questions.
    Does the car interior rattles in any point, or any weird sound occur while driving? Also are there any issues (rattles, wierd noises) with the suspension, because i have read that this is the weak point of the car? And how is the overall build quality? I am asking this, because currently i drive Renault Mwgane 4, and is such a poor build car, that i cannot imagine it is exited like that from the factory. The whole interior rattles, the suspension sqweeks, issue with paint etc, and the car have only 24k km. I consider replaceing the megane with the h6.
