Hmm, but the thing is, enemies was never a challenge, rarely you will die by the hands of them, most of the time, the killing is done by the mistakes of the player, it is rare an enemy actually trying to kill you in any Sonic game, one of the fews that I remember to actually try is Artificial Chaos in SA2, most of the time the stage enemies act more as an obstacle, of course most of them have some trick up his sleeve, but aways something among the of these lines: bashing, slow ass projectile and appearing out of nowhere. And since they all have a hitbox around them, they don't need to actually do something to pose as an obstacle

Of course for Classic, you chose the level *I hate the absolute most* as him
I want a mod that give us the ability to use the d pad as classic sonic without having to change the global option for the other characters too
u know I dunno if it’s just me that’s tripping but sonics running animation looks exactly like his running animation from lost world
At this point, Sega out to just release development tools along side the games just to encourage the modding community.

The very least this mod did, was to make the stages a bit more appealing not so much 2D side scrolling at least a decent enough of it. But I do agree..still feels linear
Sonic forces isn't bad, it just isn't long enough
