nah, I didn't get to catch the cashier's names on video. But I did thank the lovely Lost-and-Found lady "Esther" off camera. 😂 Yeah and in Japan people do good for the sake of doing good, like normal human beings that don't live off recognition or validation for their good deeds. 😉
I am so sorry that you have to travel back/forth Tokyo-Kyoto just retrieve your passports.... maybe you could ask some help to Japanese (hotel staffs, policemen, any friends in Tokyo or even total stranger might help you to talk to people in Kyoto side and Shinkansen staffs might deliver your passports. Sorry for my poor English hope you can understand what I wanted to tell.
@@Msshonan23 hmm 🤔 didn’t really think they could deliver since we were leaving the next day. The day we realized it’s lost, we did ask the station attendant for some help when we arrived in Aoto, that night but they only gave us phone number to lost & found in Kyoto and it was closed. パスポート取りにわざわざ京都まで戻ったんですか？！😱大変でしたね💦京都の忘れ物センターから届けてもらうとか出来なかったんかなぁ。。いずれにせよ見つかってよかった！日本では携帯でも財布でも届けられてることが多いので、動画見ながらあるだろうなと思って見ていました。大変な日本旅行になりましたね。けど、これも日本だからこそ戻ってきたと思うのでいい思い出なりましたね。
