Did the interior of my Jeep Wrangler a few years back. Pulled the carpet out, taped it off, sanded/roughed it up, xylene'd it, wiped it down, then sprayed Durabak. Turned out great.

Curious what the surface preparation is. I could see him doing something to rough up the smooth painted finish to get good adhesion of the liner coating. (These are the kinds of things engineers find interesting...)

there are no official ford heated seats that can be added. there are aftermarket accessories out there (not through ford) that are covers that provide the heated seat feeling.
That is what he was doing when he lifted the tailgate panels, he puts cardboard down to protect everything underneath and then fills the holes with tape from the inside.
@Tall Dave Well l guess a warranty is worth something. For me, I'm not worried about defects in material or installation, and I'm pretty sure normal wear and tear or abuse won't be covered.

Tim another source of delays seems to be Lux package! Are there after-market Heated Seats for the Maverk?

You don't get the Ford Oval logo at the head of the bed unless the factory does the spray in.
