I don't blame you for only getting halfway. The controls and frame-rate would deter almost anyone. Labyrinth Zone in particular. Hence why a boss run, and not a full playthrough. Feel free to check back in the coming months. I'll be doing boss runs with rom hacks of alternative characters.
Shame playing through *Sonic Genesis* is an absolute pain! It took a bit of practice to do this No Damage, thanks to the awful frame rate. Overcoming that, is more of a threat then overcoming Dr. Robotnik!
@@RetroVisionist I know what you mean. I recently bought alot of sonic games on Xbox and was I actually think I was better at the games when I was a kid 😂 Probs just out of practice. How come your frame rate was so bad?

That's just how the game runs. It really is that bad. I had to do a full playthrough to get all this footage!

I almost forgot that this game was on the GBA. Impressive run.
The biggest boss battle was the terrible frame rate. Really messes with your timing. Just brutal.
