And DC is the first city down where you really feel like its the south but its not and has northern aspects. DC looks like a Richmond with bigger houses to me.
Nobody works in this area. I use to live here. Everyone in DC just about sleep on there grandmother couch. Homeless is a culture there. Cool people. For a small city. There is alot sick people. There is a dialysis on just about every corner. DC(and area) is a better place to live than Baltimore.
They are not voting for progress, they are voting to stay in their high crime,low employment, rat and roach infested section 8 apartments,Food stamp and whatever else they get. They are quite comfortable where they are. Most of them will born and die in their neighborhood and never ever gone to New York or California muchless out of the country. They are stuck to a cycle of poverty
