Denver born and raised. I lived there for my entire 18 years until leaving for college. Next time if possible visit during the spring/summer when the grass is green and the trees have leaves, it looks much less dreary and bleak. I suppose the same could be said for any city however. Regardless, great video.
Can someone explain to me why do US students tend to study in different states? I mean wouldn't it be cheaper if you are from Colorado to study in Denver? Is it because of scholarships or just because there are better universities in other states?
Bloody Honor Exactly those reasons, I study at North Carolina State University because it has cheaper tuition than if I were to go out-of-state, but my brother on the other hand left for Connecticut to study at Yale University because he managed to receive scholarship money.
As weird as it sounds, i'm from the UK and Colorado is my favourite state and Denver my favourite city. When I visit the US this will be the first place.

Visted the Coors plant and, took the tour it was awesome So beautiful inside the stillery you could smell the beer cooking from outside 🍺🍺🍻🍺 Beautiful place and, You can't taste no fresher beer anywhere else than the plant.. Yes Colorado is a beautiful place in deed Thank you.. amazing view of the town...Bless you...
I have lived here in Colorado for 13 years basically all my life and even though sometimes it might seem dull it is a very interesting city that took care of me and gave me memories that I won’t forget.

I love Denver. I used to live there back in 2009. It was the first city I have moved in to at 19 years old. I got my first job as a pastry chef at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. It was a rough job and my supervisor was a mean Frenchman. I did made a few friends there at my job but still the atmosphere there was rough. It wasn’t until summer of 2010 that I really had the best time of my life there. One day I’ll return to visit all the places are used to eat and hang out at during my time in this incredible city.

i lived in Denver 5 years back,beautiful medium lifestyle city, surrounded by beautiful mountains, specially in fall and winter it look stunning, when i watched this video i could memorize my past.
It was brilliant how they angled the street grid in Denver. It's not straight north-south east-west. Everybody wants a west facing window though to see the mountains.

Just one question that really makes me scratch my head, where are the cyclists riding their bikes? I could barely see one at 15:55 and that's all..... I wonder if bicycles are permitted on Denver's streets?

I agree with many of the comments here that Denver appears to be a very clean city proper! I also love the architecture - the old with the new. I was a little surprised to see so much “old,” but I was delighted. Have you done Nashville, Tennessee? I grew up there and also Jackson, Tennessee. (Divorced parents. But at least I get to claim both cities as “home.” 😊 )

Pretty nice skyline for the size of the city. It looks comparable to Houston or Dallas, which are both much larger cities. It's not very dense though, reminds me of Houston's downtown...very spread out and long walking distances.
This video does NO justice to the traffic and congestion that is overrunning this city. Lifelong resident, and I don't even recognize it anymore. But the tail-gater at 22:42 gives you a pretty good indication of what it's like pretty much everywhere you go. :(

Left in 2000, lived there 14 yrs, some goods times but mostly bad period of my life, thought about going back but after watching a few of these videos, i don't know, Denver can have kind of a desolate, lonely feel to it at times, i think it's just that flat prairie landscape. Think i'll just stay in Austin, it's awesome
Wow, I'll be traveling there soon. Driving isn't as bad as I thought it may be. I've driven in NYC and Washington DC and both were a pain in the ass, especially DC. Denver looks pretty dope though.
I've found that driving in DC is a pain because of how the streets are set up as opposed to bad driving habits like here in CO, or it could just be because CO's day to day pace is slower when compared to major U.S. cities on the East Coast. Trying to give CO the benefit of the doubt lol...
I lived in Colorado 4 over 30 years lived in Longmont for a very long time now I live in Charleston West Virginia and if I ever had the chance to go back and visit shall I return back to here

I always felt like the Denver skyline was underrated

I was wondering that too because it looks too light of traffic for a weekday but too heavy for Sunday, plus there are school buses. It was uploaded on Presidents Day but not sure if recorded same day.

Itz Pro, I like it when you can see the skyline from a distance and then you drive into it. Also, different angles of interesting cityscapes. I see what you mean, though. What about the trees and landscape?
