I have been a soul food cooker all my life, this way of cooking was taught to me by my Mother and Grandmother. The food was very delicious, but wasn't healthy. It has caused a lot of diseases in their lives and mine. High blood Pressure, heart disease and diabetes. I am lucky to be still alive at age 74. Thanks to God! Now I am looking for a more healthy lifestyle including healthy recipes and I am so very happy that I came across your platform! Thanks for sharing all of your recipes and I will be making/and cooking them. They are are very simple and all of them looks delicious and healthy! I can't turn back the clock, but I am able to make my life much better! Once again thank you and God Bless. ❤🤗
I just love this channel. It’s so graceful and lovely and quiet (except for that frantic Del Taco commercial). The instruction is perfect, really useful: using the pasta water to make the sauce, after the florets are crisp; caramelizing the onions before the garlic… Just a wonderful channel. One of my very favorites. Thank you!

I just made this recipe. I added extra veggies. I didn’t brown the tofu long enough, but the dish is still very tasty 😋. I have a preference for the warming spices of India and will try that profile next time. Maybe it is my body asking for those nutrients. Cheers and thank you. 🥰 I’m learning new techniques with your videos.

Mam wonderful recipes and we'll done and presented only difference is instead of mushroom we make it with grated carrots or beetroot or knolrabi try once you will really enjoy it fortunate are 2groups of people 1 your husband and children who have in you a great cook 2your viewers who are fortunate to view your recipes thanks God bless
Everything looks delicious. And I love the onions, garlic, and ginger combination. I plan to scale down some of your recipes so that I can cook them in a rice cooker and not have a lot of leftovers.
Definitely going make the mushroom grilled cheese! Like @Maggie Wickwire said, the mushrooms mixture would be great for a pasta sauce; maybe an arrabbiata? Love the red cookware!

Hi Rebecca, Happy Sunday to you. The bread I used in this recipe is from a local bakery. But I do have a whole wheat bread recipe and I will add it to my to do list 😊

Tomato paste shouldn't have a raw flavor since it's cooked a lot already. It's essentially tomato juice cooked down to a consentrate
She should have just toasted the bread , add sliced avacado to the sand which
I tried a vegan diet and unfortunately it caused me many health issues 😥
Put oil in pasta water to stop them sticking together.
